I wanted a gel manicure after removing acrylic nails, the nail tech didn't even trim my cuticles, or soak my hands in warm water just straight to the color. That's something I can look past mistakes happen, they took off the charge for the manicure. I spent an extra 15 dollars for a specific color they offered, it come out patchy and you can see the brush strokes which I wasn't very thrilled about. At check out my total was 55 dollars I had a 5 dollar off coupon for it being my fifth visit, she stamped it and wrote it off saying my new total was 50 dollars. On the receipt they charged 55 dollars, they took my 5 dollars off but didn't give me my 5 dollars off. I noticed too late I was already home when I looked at the receipt, I'm just overall disappointed. I definitely recommend booking with a specific nail tech instead of anyone that's available.

I was in this area yesterday and I was calling a few places to see if I can get someone to do a gel polish change and fix my (1) broken nail. 70 Nails was the first place to answer my call and told me to come in regardless that they were closing at 7:30P. Upon arrival, there was a slight argument between the employees I guess there was a mis-communication between them so I didn't feel welcomed but after I was told to sit-down, things calmed a bit and my nails are all fixed and good to go. She said she couldn't remember. I have a photo with how she left my nails before she handed me the file because she's un willing to make a simple almond shape. On top of that, she kept trying to up-charge me, not even offer a simple apology let alone a discount for spending 50 minutes of my time finding my own nails in a nail salon that I'm paying for to relax in be in and out in an ample amount of time, when I have a meeting 90 minutes from my appointment time. They literally just send me home without even color on my nails. They even had the audacity to come in my ear and tell ME to hurry up that my nail tech has more appointments. Wow. I think they are racist and classless. They told me to "NEVER COME BACK." If I'm not getting my nails done I don't understand why I would. The last time I was here, my nails were lumpy and uneven, but I thought I would give them another chance. I'm vastly disappointed, I feel discriminated against, and I think this business needs to be shut down.

I REALLY liked the scrub that "my girl" (I stink at names!!!!) used to massage my calves and feet. DEAR GOD - EVERYONE needs to have a pedicure - BLISS!!!!!! The massage chair was tremendous as well - not a wimpy, you can barely feel it, type, and I wasn't even sore later (or the next day). It's like a double dose treat! My feet felt amazing later on and the polish was done on point. "My girl" wasn't too rough, nor hurt me at ALL. Red polish, as usual, but that's my personal choice. My favorite color and hides a bad toe injury I have had since age 15. Plenty of colors w/ good brands on tap. Wednesday's boast specials if you pay cash. THIS IS MY NEW SALON!!!!!!!!

The pressure is real to get gel over regular polish at this salon. When I pointed out obvious spots they missed with polish or screwed up, they seemed annoyed that I was asking them to fix their bad job. I was really hoping the first couple visits they were just still working out the kinks of it being under new ownership, but it looks like nothing has been changed. Avoid at all costs!

The place is clean and well ventilated. There aren't any odors and the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a lavender pedicure and it lasted over an hour. It was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling so pleased with my time there. There's a drink station filled with coffee and other beverages. There's also an ATM machine there. I will definitely be returning! I have a feeling my pedicure will last me awhile.
