This is the best dentistry in town! I have been here 3 times now and each time i come in, it's a great experience. I have moderate anxiety and have always hated going to the dentist, until now. Dr Esmeraldo made sure I was comfortable and made the procedure pain free. I have gotten X-rays done with both the dental assistants, Rebecca and Andrea. They were both super gentle and knew how to work around my tori, huge plus! Laura, in the front office always greets you with a smile. Everyone is personable and they don't judge you if you forget to floss :) I'm so glad to have finally found a dentist that I'm excited to go to, instead of terrified like before. Ended up going here for a Groupon deal on teeth Whitening. Place is a lil tricky to find as it was located behind another shop, just follow the signs and you will be good. Once I got here the place was very nice, clean, and modern with friendly staff. It was kinda cool how they walk you into a private office to fill out forms for Dr. To review. I was ontime for my appointment and was called in right away with no waiting whatsoever. Dr. Nguyen was very nice he formally introduced him self, and the staff was very kind as well. When I get HMO dental insurance on 2019 from work I picked this place for 5 stars review. I came for teeth cleaning, after x-ray they told me that I have 10 cavities! :( They give me treatment plan fee over $1000. I told them I think about it. I didn't even get my teeth cleaned. I have to wait for the year end for opening and change my dental insurance to PPO and able to get back to Skidmore DMD, and ready for how many cavities... they found 1, yes only one cavity. I can't imagine if I said yes, and let them fill ten teeth and spent a grand for 9 teeth that I don't need to fill. I am glad I wait and change my insurance and my dentist. read more

My wife and I had a scheduled appointment. We arranged time off work and made sure to arrive 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time. After waiting more than an hour and still not being called from the waiting room, we had to leave. I approached the receptionist who seemed irritated with me, I explained that we could not wait any longer. She indifferently pulled our file without any apology and we went on our way. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are fantastic. I am a cash patient and this was my first visit with Dr. Nguyen. I came in for a cleaning and with other dentists, I've experienced a lot of pain during the cleaning, but with Dr. Nguyen the procedure was literally painless. In addition to his great work, Dr. Nguyen found a small cavity, and while he recommended that I get it taken care of - I didn't feel pressured to do it, and nobody tried to guilt me in to getting it done, there and then. What a wonderful exception to what dentistry offices have turned out to be. After previous experiences of getting continuously up-sold at dental appointments, this appointment was like being with friends. Absolutely love Dr. Maung and Rachel who took care of my cleaning and advised of possible future concerns. No deep cleaning recommended as was by previous offices even though I'm certain it wasn't required. No every three month treatments required as necessary by one previous office. My wife and I See Dr. Nguyen in his other location, but we were at Pala casino when she bit down and her tooth broke. I called his other office, and his staff said that he's in the Temecula office. I called the office since we were nearby, and they were able to she her and extracted her tooth and did a bone graft. We were very pleased. My wife said it was painless and was not happy that her tooth broke, but thankfully Dr. Nguyen had an office in Temecula. He said it's new. The place is very spacious and has a modern contemporary look. We will still go to the other office closer to us. We highly recommend it to people who live in or near Temecula. read more

Approx 15 years ago I had to get fill ins on my two front teeth. Last Friday evening 4/22/16 one of them broke off. 1) My wife and I do not currently have dental insurance but based on her good experience with the office in doing the cleaning I filled out their online form on Saturday 4/23/16 explaining I'm interested in cleaning and consultation for my front tooth. 2) I received a call back same day and checked if I'd like to come in now(Saturday) or wait for Monday so I of course decided to go in same day. 3) Upon arrival filled out info got x-rays, consultation, cleaning, and they fixed my front tooth - every step was thorough from cleaning to the process of how the filling will be done using the soft substance which then hardens with UV light. I was experiencing a great deal of pain in the surrounding area of what ended up being tooth 14. I had scheduled an appointment a few days out but the pain became too much so my fiancée had called to get me in sooner. I was able to get in there on the same day as the call was made to see Dr. Nguyen and his staff. Keep in mind, I am a Retired Marine and haven't seen a civilian dentist in almost 27 years. The office is spotless and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. After a few quick X-Rays, Dr. Nguyen had identified my tooth as being fractured deep within the root. His main priority was to provide immediate pain relief and recommended a root canal on the spot. Although a bit reluctant at first, I agreed once he assured me that he wouldn't allow me to feel any pain. Thirty minutes later and a few tooth nerves shorter I was on my way and feeling no pain whatsoever. In addition to his extremely professional and friendly demeanor, Dr. Nguyen followed up with me repeatedly over the next several days ensuring everything was panning out as expected. I had Zoom whitening done today. Dr. Nguyen and his staff were very courteous, professional, and patient. The office was clean and calm. I did four 15-minute rounds of laser whitening with no discomfort besides my mouth being open for a long time! There's a little bit of a dull ache that comes and goes afterward, but it's not what I would call "painful" at all. If anyone is nervous about Zoom whitening, I expected it to hurt and it really didn't. They let me listen to my iPod while I had the procedure, and every 3 songs, it was time for a little break and another round. I'm going back next month for a cleaning and to talk about Invisalign. I visited the Cavity Catcher dental practice today for the first time. I had bought a Groupon deal for teeth whitening... but was so impressed with their services (Alma and Dr. Nguyen), that I will be changing dentists!!! A little background... I am EXTREMELY phobic when it comes to dentists (I have to take Valium and a narcotic just for a cleaning!) I made the appointment for Zoom whitening, but Dr. Nguyen came in and met me and discussed my dental history. Typically, I get very leery when it comes to dentists making money off of my mouth (I have doled out thousands over the years with root canal's, implants, etc.). But the fact is Dr. Nguyen actually told me what I did NOT need done... this was the first time in 50 years, that a dentist has not tried to do some kind of work on my mouth. His chair side manner was very warm and he's very well educated from UC Irvine and UCLA. I normally travel 60 miles to see my dentist in San Diego who was sensitive to my phobia, but after today's visit I will be seeing Dr. Nguyen from now on! The entire office staff was very friendly and the office itself was very beautiful. I highly recommend this dental practice! read more
