My family has been going to Creekside Dental in Temecula for nearly 15-years. The staff, hygienist's and dentists have always been great to deal with. They never upcharge us for unnessesary treatments or procedures. Our last visit was for our 8-year old that absolutely didn't want to go to the dentist, but soon after entering the room and explaining what he was about to do, the dentist had our daughter on board and assisting. In the next couple of years we'll be going through their orthodontic program, and can anticipate the same high quality of care. We highly recommend Creekside Dental! read more

ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL! This place is TERRIBLE, I went in as a new patient on May 18, 2026 and was treated very poorly by the dentist here. He was terribly rude and refused to listen to me and kept cutting me off to repeat himself. I think english must be a second language for him because he clearly did not understand my needs and the fact that he kept repeating himself (15 times I counted) shows he either had absolutely no understanding or he simply doesn't care. Either way he is an @$$ħ0!3 and everyone needs to know to avoid this place. Furthermore, the work he did on my tooth DID NOT fix my problem and I called the office and left a message to see how many days it should take to feel some kind of relief and they literally NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I waited one week to the day before having posting this review hoping they would call me back but they NEVER DID FOR MORE THAN A WEEK! Thats an entire week in pain being IGNORED. This place is sub standard. Do not go here. They do not offer competent care. They messed up husband's orthodontic references Twice. The front receptionist is condescending. They could not verify insurance correctly even after being given insurance information twice. They do things Wrong and then try and act like it's you not them. The head dentist when I began going there several years ago passed away which was terribly sad as he was a very kind and skilled man. They are just trying to charge extra. I am a new patient and went in for routine cleaning. Did the x-rays, they took photos of my teeth, and met with the doctor, who then stated that there was no major need for cleaning and my teeth looked fine save for the normal build up that happens. I was then told that I need to schedule with the hygienist for a separate appointment for the cleaning. The front desk staff came to talk to me and said my cleaning is $75 since irrigation and antibiotic treatment is being recommended. I was shocked, since they said my teeth looked fine. I asked if I can get a standard cleaning, and she said no, the doctor didn't diagnose and prescribe that. How can they tell me that my teeth looked fine and just had regular build up, but now I need take extra time off from work to do a $75, 1 hour cleaning. Definitely trying to just take money. Not coming back here and not recommending them to anyone. Side note: they said something similar to a friend of mine before! So this is their standard of care. Charge extra for unnecessary procedures and refuse to schedule for the standard cleaning that is a preventative care benefit of your insurance! read more

I just left very happy with Dr patel and her assistant janel they both was very nice polite took her time and was very gental with pulling m y tooth it did not hurt .She gave me appointment right away after i had a bad experience with a dentist who told me he could not pull my back tooth i need a surgeon and wanted to charge me $700 .Mrs patel saved me from that horrible experience thanks creekside I am very satisfied and happy with the service i got this morning. Soooo I never review but felt this one was necessary. Our best dentist Dr. Tanioka passed away suddenly just over a year ago and my first visit after did not go well. No one in the office seemed to know what they were doing. A huge disappointment that left me considering a change in offices BUT I gave it another try this year and WOW what a 180. The front desk was polished and professional. The x-ray tech was great and the hygenist Steve was awesome. He did a great job of hand cleaning my teeth. My family used to constantly recommend this place under Dr. T. Ever since he passed away last year this office has been a money grab, he would be rolling in his grave. Current Dentists are requiring procedures or treatments that coincidentally isn't covered by insurance. We are currently looking for a new Dentist. DO NOT give them your business. I repeat DO NOT! Well, what can I say that as soon as you walk into this dental facility, the ladies at the front greet you with smiles and a lot of concern for your dental work being done correctly, and what needs to be done in the future. The orthodontist examined my kid's x-rays in a calm and professional manner; then he proceeded to explain when braces should be placed and why it was better to way until all my kid's permanent molars were out. I'm actually surprised this place has good reviews. I wanted to give it a try because I needed a dentist for my family and myself. My initial appointment was not the best so I said okay let's see how they do with my son and maybe my day was one of those bad days. I am disappointed and completely shocked. So let's go ahead and get into the review. 1. There's a girl in the front that I seen twice with her vape pen right on her desk. Super unprofessional. It's pink (: 2. The waiting room floor was dirty. 3. My visit. Everything was well until it wasn't. The assistant was nice and thorough with his work. He took x-rays, intra-oral photos, polished and flossed. And me and him noticed some dark spots on two of my teeth. He got the explorer and said they were holes that it wasn't stains. The dr comes in and does the exam and doesn't even mention what me and the assistant found. So I brought it up to his attention about the photos and he looked at his assistant like "why didn't you tell me there were photos?" He then says I can get them filled if I wanted to, but he didn't do a thorough enough job to find those on his own. Mind you I am a Registered Dental Assistant so I know a little more about what should be going on. I thought that was super sketchy that he was allowing me to make my own diagnosis. It was weird. So they scheduled me for another appointment to finish up my cleaning. 4. My son's appointment. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt here like I said maybe my day was just a bad one. My son is 4 and they said they were ONLY going to do a visual exam on him. And I asked why? And they said oh because he's only 4 and I said no he's been to the dentist he has had work done and X-rays done. So they proceed with 2 X-rays. The Dr then comes in lol and he says "I'm only going to do a visual exam" he literally only looked with his eyes in my son's mouth. He didn't want to use the explorer to see if my son had any cavities on his occlusal surfaces. Oh I made the Dr use it. I said you can use it he has had dental work done. And I threw him off guard because I was making him DO HIS JOB. And he proceeded to say "he doesn't have cavities" and I said what about his front teeth? And he took a look and said yea they might be cavities but they will fall out when he's older.... WHAT!? So the dentist doesn't want to do dentist work? I've never been so disappointed in an office before. The work is lazy. They tell the patients what they want to hear and not what they need to hear. These were two different Doctors. But they work exactly the same. Lazy. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Except to those who only want to feel good and hear good things. Then yea this office is for you. Oh and another note, their suctions might not be working right. When I had my cleaning the suction had a slow retraction meaning the lines aren't properly being cleaned or are not properly being maintained. Disgusting. read more

The office staff is amazing. Steve, the hygienist is the best I've ever had. He's so thorough and also gentle as I tend to have sensitive teeth. He's very good and I would recommend him over anybody. Sound the alarm because my favorite dentist has downgraded :(. I love coming here and always appreciated the services from the doctors and dental assistants here. Today I had a new doctor who was checking my teeth, and she was very rude and out of touch. They told me that I would need two crowns and suspiciously did not show me the photos of the teeth and I found it odd how the issues with my prior fillings were not pointed out prior, especially given that these fillings were done here. When I expressed concerned over costs, this doctor exclaimed "You have insurance right"! Nice, an out of touch way of dealing with patients, knowing that dental insurance is not going to be generous with their payouts. This only made me feel crappier, especially as a young student. This doctor could barely make small talk with me. When I declined to get my cavity fillings done today (lemme get my money up first damn :( ), she simply walked off and didn't even look at me as she told me to have a nice day. I felt a bit of hostility and lack of empathy, I received more empathy, patience and care from the assistants who did an amazing job and continue to uphold the reputation of this office. I thank you guys for holding it up and being kind to me in such a stressful visit, to make matters worse, I am use to a prompt service and great communication, however I was waiting around for 10-15 minutes for someone to breakdown the costs of the crown treatments, and it seemed as if the doctor gave no communication to the staff or to me of that information. One of the staff had to actually come to my room to find me! Overall, love to the og staff, front service gals and assistants who are holding down this office. However to Dr. Reem Ibrahim, shame on you. I understand there's a business to run, but when millions of Americans like myself are financially struggling, dental care can be an even bigger blow to our wallets, to react in a dismissive and shameful manner instead of understanding shows how little you care for patients. read more

I have been going to Creekside Dental for over 6 years. Customer service was great when I first started. I normally go for my cleaning twice or 3 times a year. I know that in the past year, they have been asking if I wanted antibiotics flashes after cleaning. Insurance doesn't cover for the flashes and I don't feel the need to have them. But when I had deep cleaning last year, I consented to have it. Yesterday when I went for my regular cleaning, the front office receptionist informed me of $75. Co pay and I informed her that I don't have a co pay . I was asked to wait and when another front office personnel came to me, she told me that it was for the antibiotic flashes, which I already knew . I told her that I don't want it as I normally would tell them. Instead of takin the charge out, she told me that it not possible, it is a part of what I pay now for regular cleaning. I know pretty well that it was optional .I don't like when dental offices would try to sell you something just because they want to make more money! And in this case, it it! Please don't go here. My experience here was a nightmare. I've been going here for 2+ years for my braces and granted most of my teeth were left straight however, one of my teeth was still in the process of shifting into its final place and started shifting backwards once I got my braces removed. I expressed my concerns about this but was brushed off with "don't worry" and "it just needs to settle in place". Now, I'm stuck having to find someone else to fix what they messed up. The final straw was my root canal. I didn't receive enough anesthesia and could feel EVERYTHING! I told them over and over that I could feel it, and it wasn't until I had tears in my eyes that they noticed. It was one of the most upsetting experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Don't go here unless you're okay with being upcharged, ignored, and left in worse shape than when you walked in. read more

Dr Ryan was absolutely amazing! I recently had to have a few teeth extracted and was a little concerned with the procedure. Dr Ryan was very informative and did an Outstanding job! I have gone there for that last few years. Not once have I been told that I had some bone loss and would now need deep cleaning. They didn't even bother to clean my teeth that day. I was told that from now on I would require deep cleaning and would not be eligible for just routine cleaning. I have gone to them every six months and have flossed. Now have general teeth cleaning within six months to a deep cleaning that my insurance doesn't cover. read more
