BEWARE!! Dr Mustfasa is a scam artist. I came in here because I was having some jaw pain and they told me that I would need a root canal. They then told me that they would be giving me an incredible discount three separate times which raised so many red flags for me as it felt like I was buying a used car instead of getting proper dental advice. The dentist here are all pushed to make sales to make the most money and they don't actually care about your teeth. I went to go get a second opinion and the dentist told me that I didn't need a root canal and he was shocked that I was told that I needed one-- he said I was just grinding my teeth and clenching. If you like dentists who overcorrect and just want to make a buck off of you then this is the perfect dentist office for you. But if I were you, I would stay away. read more

They tried to overcharge me repeatedly for services. They insisted I needed root canals done on two molars that have never had ANY pain whatsoever and I've now verified via another dentist that I was right, they did NOT require root canals at all! I actually had a visit with the owner and got nowhere with him either. They have a contract with Delta Dental, I told them I was only required to pay $350 for a porcelain crown, they insisted it was double that and finally I realized they were using information from six years ago and not the current updated benefit information. They kept pushing their super expensive "in house" crowns rather than the lab made porcelain on metal I said was fine. So not only are they greedy but they dont do whats BEST for the patients either. Was referred here for my wisdom teeth removal, oral surgery, and the oral surgeon, Dr. Izadi was FANTASTIC! He made me as a patient feel to comfortable and safe. Patient since 2020. Teeth in poor shape due to being unable to see dentist during Covid. Yes, they did a crown, but my tooth needed work prior to 2020. Also had a bone graft which I knew prior to 2020 the bone was deteriorating. Graft worked, as x-rays continue to show no loss. Earlier this yr I had a cracked tooth that was treated without fully grinding & capping. All procedures have been painless/trouble free. I set up a payment plan thru them for all the work & was interest free if paid by a certain date (which I did). Have they tried getting me to do unnecessary work? Maybe 1 time, but at 72, I don't care to shave down a crooked but healthy tooth for cosmetic purposes. They took no for an answer & no way pressured me further. I do care how they have always treated me with respect & taken the time to explain the status of my teeth; fully explaining any procedure & tell me what teeth need more attention when I'm flossing, etc. Their advice has highly improved the status of my gums. In 2020 my gum readings were 3s & 1 or 2 4s. Now almost all are 2s. Staff changes somewhat, but each hygienist & dentist is great so far. Keeana just cleaned my teeth. She spent professional quality time and I can tell she really cares about my teeth. I look forward to seeing her again in 3 months. I always leave this office with a good feeling that my teeth have been thoroughly checked, cleaned & monitored. read more

Full blown scam artists. Nothing a report to the Board of Dentistry and Board of Insurance complaint can't fix. They lie about the price and cost of coverage. You have to call their bluff before they give you the actual price owed or cost breakdown. They assume you won't question the bill. However, when you call them out they stutter and backtrack. I saw DR. CHRISTMAN for the first time on 11/27/23 due to a crown that had fallen out from a dentist I'd been seeing for 18 years in San Diego County. Dr. Christman was very thorough in his examination of my entire mouth and teeth. I learned things I'd never heard before from my previous dentist. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was excellent in communicating each step of the process. The new crown was designed, milled and placed all in one visit. The new crown is an even better fit than the one that fell out. My bite is even better than before. I will definitely be switching all my dental needs to DR. CHRISTMAN. Office staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well. read more

I've had quite a few appointments now with this place and each one has gone wrong in different ways. First and foremost do not expect to start your appt at the time you're given. I had a 8:15 appt and I didn't start til 9:15. Their machines are constantly "down" requiring me to sit around up to 1-2 hours after my procedure to complete it. The front desk has consistently been rude, I've received the wrong paperwork, they've given me wrong information. Each time I've identified this they haven't once owned up to their mistakes and instead blame It on their coworkers. read more

I was amazed by the cleanliness and neatness of the facility most especially the friendliness of their staff. They steel your money. They lie about what options you have through your insurance. They tried to charge me $1250 for a crown when all I had to pay was $250 co-pay. My insurance company is going after them for fraud. They have filed a complaint for insurance fraud. read more

Their administrative staff while polite, are hardly competent. They give you a card with the time and date and yet it's always wrong when you arrive. Last appt, my child arrived on time and was told she was 30 minutes late. When the card was presented with the time that WAS WRITTEN BY THEM, they begrudgingly said sorry and moved on. I've had it with them. The dental staff are just as bad when it comes to knowing what the hell is going on. Lack of communication between the admin and dental staff is a constant thing, and we have to write everything down in order for our kids to get the right device at the correct time. We've arrived numerous times and they look at their records and 9 out of 10 times they are about to do the wrong procedure. Time to look for another place. read more

I came here searching for a new dentist since I just moved to Temecula and my house is super close. The staff is really friendly and they treat you nice however they do upswell you. The dentist I saw said I needed to replace ALL of my fillings (which I had done a year ago, they are new! - they are supposed to last at least 5 years) that was the first red flag for me. Without insurance, it was $1,800!! After my insurance I'd have to pay $800. When I declined setting up the appointment they tried to convince me on doing it saying they have a lot of payment plans. The other red flag was the time... I am writing this review as I'm sitting here waiting for my cleaning.. I've been here for an hour and 30 minutes already, for a routine cleaning visit, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I went to pacific dental 5/15/20 because of pain.An exam and exray was done.Was told I needed a root canal and a crown to the amount of $1800.I was put on antibiotics for 1 week.on 4/20/20 got contact with my regular dentist and described my symptoms.He said he did not think I need a root canal and he made me an appointment with an endodontist in SanDiego.So on 4/22/20 went there and they did a CT scan and found nothing wrong with molar 31 but did find inflamed root in adjacent tooth.So I would have wasted $1800 at Pacific Dental. read more

Updating review from the awful oral surgeon they have to having met with the Periodontist and confirmed the coding up charges with my Insurance company. This office will scam you. They attempted to bill me $1300 for a cleaning. After speaking with my Insurance 80% of the billed charges were voluntary yet the Dentist said they were all necessary. They also upcoded on scaling/root cleaning to include more teeth than required as per Periodontal review. If you are not astute this dental office will rip you off. For those that are savvy save yourself the headache and find a different practice. Insurance company is handling this as a complaint and fraud. read more

Honestly do not like it here, had my braces for 5-6 years from here and the prices were outrages now with check ups its almost like $1000, some receptionists and dentists are nice but i have had some accidents and pain that was not suppose to be conflicted. The place is very clean but this is the only dentists i have ever gone too. I have been a patient at the office for about 4 years. The front desk is very responsive with emergencies and provide great care instruction prior to the appointment with the dentist. I had fractured a tooth and they were able to schedule me to come back later in the day to resolve the emergency. There was a brief discussion about treatment options and estimated out of pocket costs. Dr. Delgado is a excellent dentist and was very good describing his actions during the procedure. The staff that assisted had great warm communique to ensure you understand what was happening. I felt my comfort and needs were met. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. Dr Judith Aldaz is a knowledgeable and delightful dentist - I always want to be treated by her. The hygienist is excellent and has a very soft touch. Receptionist Marina is a treasure! I needed to have a root canal done and was nervous about it. I met with Dr Makadia who looked far too young to be drilling my tooth - which I let him know - so he told me that he had seen the procedure done on YouTube and has done it one or two times! Oh No! I found this dental office almost 4 years ago and started coming here since then. They are for the "business" and "money" they could charge and collect from patients/clients from the get go. Way too overpriced even with a great insurance, this dental office will suck the blood out of you for the price of the services they provide. I had the same dentist for over 20years and was scared to switch dentist. I explained my fear to the staff and they were very sensitive to my concerns. I always feel respected and valued when I come in. The whole staff is very attentive, they are trained well in what they do. They're always asking to make sure you're comfortable and experience no pain. The have some of the best and modern technology, they take most insurance but I've also heard they offer some type of dental plan. The first few visits I wasn't to happy knowing I needed a few procedures, I felt as if every visit required a bunch of side stuff(i'm sure many feel this way) but then I realized they only want the best dental interest for you. Once I started taking their advice my teeth began looking AMAZING and healthy. Now i'm about to start using a night guard so I'll follow up eventually to see if there's any differences. read more

I will say that everyone is very friendly and thorough at this dental office. They take time and explain everything in detail. I do feel that possibly they prescribe unnecessary or maybe just excessive treatments including flouride, laser, deep cleaning on top of way more root canals and crowns than I ever had in the past at my last dentist. The out of pocket payments (after insurance) seemed extremely high. When my husband went to another dentist this week, he was told he did not need the 2 root canals or the deep cleaning that had been recommended by Pacific Dental Care. I have been coming here for 2 years, and have never had a bad experience. Not having insurance for a long time, I knew I was going to need a lot of work done. They gave me all the costs up front, I was able to get the smile care credit for 12 months no interest, and I've slowly been able to fix up my teeth at my budget's pace. They seem to know almost everyone's name when they walk in the door, the Dr's are all extremely friendly and patient, and the oral surgeon took 2 minutes to extract a tooth. Seriously, the Novocain took longer! They've really been great with me, even when I have questions about the costs and/or billing. They've always been up front with me. read more
