I was immediately intrigued by her tag of eco- conscious beauty and knew she was someone with similar values to me so I booked an appointment to get 2 piercings. The salon is very neat and welcoming with a giant window in the waiting area and a lovely view. Courtney made me feel welcome, safe from the moment I walked in. She displayed her knowledge and experience while we discussed where to place my piercings. Courtney was amazing and has continued to be great even after my piercing for all of my after care questions:) The vibes were great and super comforting unlike other piercing/tattoo shops. she pierced my nose with ease and my piercing is healing very nicely. She even switched out my original second ear piercings that I had received from a different piercer a few weeks earlier since the earrings were incorrect. I have definitely over plucked my brows throughout the years and finally decided to do the lamination to help make them look fuller and nicely shaped and I couldn't be more happy with how they look now. First off let me say - I have thick, wild, resistant-to-authority Mediterranean brows, but Courtney managed to get them aligned and standing at attention! When I first contacted her about removal (from a previous artist) and getting my brows redone she got in contact with me almost immediately and we had a consult over the phone and she was so knowledgeable! She made the process so seemless and comfortable! I had to do a few removal sessions prior to getting my new brows and she talked though everything she was doing and made after care so simple.
