I discovered Karpusha through an Instagram ad, and their brow care packages immediately caught my attention. For context, I have very thick brows (thankfully grown back after the tadpole brow phase!) and have tried it all--waxing, threading, and lamination. While lamination gave nice shape, it can be damaging depending on the technique and products used. After messaging with Yana about my brows , she suggested to try the Organic Care and Shape Option and wow--what a difference. I explained to Yana that I didn't want thinner brows, just a more even, polished shape. She listened carefully, was so empathetic, and truly understood the look I wanted. Now because im a fair skin blonde hair girlie it can be very intimidating getting any color on my face. But kate did more than amazing with my brows! This place used to be the best. The technicians don't do a good job anymore and the prices are astronomical. I understand inflation is affecting everyone but to increase prices by 60 dollars, for a lesser value service is disappointing. The last couple times I've gone I've paid 120-150, not including the 20% tip I left (I used to pay 90 when I first started coming a year ago). It's for a bottom level tech. My lash curl was below average. Not good. Didn't last as it used to. And my lashes were damaged. To increase prices on LOYAL customers and then offer less is greedy. This place USED to be great. I went there today for my first eyelash extension. The office is on the second floor on the west side, in the center. Take the stairs north of the courtyard. I was late but they were very polite about it. The service took a little over an hour and the chair was very comfortable and plush. I fell asleep. The technician was gentle and accommodating.
