Bubbles via bottle service = $30/bottle which is a bargain for the 7 glasses and chic pedestal it comes with! lol

****This is the lobby bar of the hills hotel**** The quaint hotel bar... Dark w/ pretty mood lights and there's a 10x10 dance floor with jazz on a Saturday night. The lobby is fabulous with glamorous decor and chic chairs - I actually wish we were able to drink and mingle out there! I didn't try but after the bar closed we did just go and hang in the middle atrium area and it was really beautiful. This hotel is actually very well decorated. It's chic and classy with interesting design elements. You can see and feel that it was a remodel from a more generic chain but that's kind of amazing as well because when ownership changes they didn't have to do a lemons-to-lemonade remodel but they did. There seems to be a lot of weddings here and a bridal party and entered the bar around 11 after the wedding but unfortunately it closes at 11:30 so they only got one round. Maybe on Saturday nights they should stay open later especially when they host a wedding. They would probably do more trade and get more business! Well decorated, plentiful parking. So so bar. I think they could do well to have a few signature cocktails or something a little more alluring. I asked for a list and the server said they didn't have one... that might help. Have some crafty cocktails and/or dinner at Ironwood across the street then come back her for a night cap w/ jazz... that's what we did and it wasn't crazy amazing but bring your own party and enjoy the live jazz on Saturday night! Definitely request the sexy saxophone song...

Great place for a date. I like the Jazz in the background, the comfortable chairs, and that it wasn't very crowd. Parking was easy!

This place is located inside a gorgeous shopping center in Irvine…read more It's located inside, Bacchus Bar and Bistro. Which, was extremely crowded. They have tons of parking in this shopping center. They share it with TONS of other places. One of my BFFs saw this on an Instagram video and wanted to check it out. *They do take reservations When we came in we checked in with one of the waitresses. She said she would seat us in a minute. To be honest, she did forget about us. A waiter walked up to us and asked us what was going on (we were standing there for around 7 - 10 minutes) and we told him we had a reservation for the speakeasy. He immediately apologized and sat us. This camp themed speakeasy has a couple booths. It's on the smaller sides. Which, speakeasy's are usually small to begin with. I did not get the waitresses name, my friend and I were busy catching up. The waitress was nice, but not attentive. I will say service was a 2/5. However, the actual restaurant, cozy pine is located in, was packed because of the World Cup being on TV. So I definitely was not going to complain The food Our food order did come out extremely FAST. Faster than our drink orders. -the campfire guacamole -BBQ shoestring fries (had bbq seasoning all over them so it tasted like a BBQ potato chip) -Glamping plate (charcuterie board) -steak tacos (one without onion and cilantro -churro affogato Again, the food was VERY fast!! And to be honest it wasn't that bad. I'll say, speakeasy's usually shine in the drink department vs food. Drinks -Lycheed and Loaded Ketel One, lychee liqueur, lemon, elderflower. This was extremely delicious! If you don't like to taste your alcohol? Go with this. It was really refreshing. Hand this to me at a spa and I'd be the happiest gal in the world -Camp Anawanna $17 Graham cracker-infused bourbon, licor 43, chocolate, torched marshmallow (the waitress catches the marshmallow on fire at the table) This one was stronger and I didn't think it was overly sweet despite the ingredients I think they had a good selection, especially for a small speakeasy. I have been to better, so I don't think I'd return. Especially since the service was not that great. We still had a good time and recommend for every speakeasy lovers list.

It feels like we're are navigating the caves from the movie and the bar is the treasure ship. Once you enter there is decor and memorabilia spread throughout (whether any of it is authentic or not I'm not sure) they have speciality drinks after the movie and the bartender was very attentive. He sadly passed away recently and his memorial is this weekend, so we tried to go to Lost Inferno to celebrate him with all his high school and college friends. We called in advance and the person we spoke to said we couldn't make a reservation unless we could guarantee 20 people, but we could walk in with a smaller group no problem. Of course we got there right when they opened and they told us they couldn't seat us for an hour. We joined the wait list and walked to a bar a couple doors down waiting for the text that our table was ready. We received a text that our table would be ready at a specific time and then 2 minutes before our table was supposed to be ready we get a text saying we were removed from the wait list with no clarification or follow up. I understand being busy/booked up, but I would have liked to have received accurate information. We could have made reservations online if we had been told. I wore his favorite Goonies Hawaiian shirt and everything expecting to have a nice time talking about my husband. I guess I'm glad we never had the opportunity to experience this level of service with my husband, and guess I won't be back seeing that he's dead and all. Edited to add tips - don't believe anything they tell you on the phone and if you really want to go, make a reservation, and apparently they will close for you if you can guarantee 20 people.

The bar/pub atmosphere is lively, a bit crowded, and warm with some seats at the bar and tables for groups. Shoutout to Sam, who was very sweet, checked in on us, brought our orders out hot and fresh, and even gave us a small dessert at the end to celebrate an anniversary! We had the Dark Star Oatmeal Stout with our order of the brie fondue, corned beef reuben, and lamb burger. The brie fondue, to my surprise, was not 100% brie, but rather had a whipped and lighter texture. I thought the amount of bread/pears were enough, and we actually kept it to dip our sandwich/burger in. The presentation was beautiful and it was a great appetizer. The corned beef reuben was so good - the meat fell apart but wasn't fatty, the bread was toasted (one side was a bit too crispy but wasn't burnt which I'm fine with), and the fries were skinny and crispy. I only tried a bite of the lamb burger, but it was juicy and gamey. Yum! Price-wise it's a bit high for pub food, but it was still excellent. This would be a good spot for a date or if you want to go to a more fancy pub/bar!

Maybe I stumbled into gods gift to this green earth, and I just don't understand how sophisticated everyone here was, but I had a beer here and I had the same beer down the street. Good food, good beer... pretentious, spoiled brats.
