I use to think this place was good. We needed a piercing place in town since Blue moon is gone. Now it's questionable they can not make up there piercing policy the girl doing the piercing tells you they will take care of your piercing of it falls or breaks. When i called to find out after 2 of my piercing i got done here fell. They girl that answered the phone said that they don't replace anything. You have to purchase the jewelry yourself the policy are always changing. This is such an inconvenience don't tell someone one thing and the. Don't honor it. Sailor Mike performed my tattoo and I could not be happier. I asked for him specifically after reviewing his portfolio, his script tattoos are amazing and clean. He provided me with several different font options and did not pressure me into picking one over the other. He gave me his opinion on which font he liked, but advised it was up to me since it was my arm, my tattoo and I really appreciated that. I have several tattoos all by different artists, and in the past have felt pressured to pick the artist's choice. I was looking around for a good place to get piercings done when I came across Union Tattoo on Yelp. It had great reviews, I called and Squiggles was in all day. I went with my niece who wanted a third ear lobe piercing and I wanted my lobes repierced since they never healed correctly and had closed up. When we entered the shop we were greeted right away, everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. It's cash only but they have an atm inside. We went to grab some cash and a snack came back and it was on. I can't say enough about how great Squiggles is, she so kind and patient. She let us know what she was doing, checked to make sure we were good. Our piercings came out great. This place is super chill and inviting. My husband went in to buy new plugs and we ended up also with our Tragus pierced. Squiqqles has the best energy, she explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I was thinking of doing both ears at once but she recommended doing the other ear in a week so it would be easier to sleep, I thought that was awesome because it showed she cares more about her customers satisfaction then making the money quick. Most places will just say ok and take your money not worried about how it's going to affect you. I have a dermal on my upper check that Was missing the jewel and they hooked it up, I'm very impressed with this place. They also have a guarantee on jewelry, no other place iv been to has had that. I have Mike working on one piece (cherry blossom tree) and Sailor Mike working on a sunflower piece. Both one of a kind. The tattoos and the artists! Took my young daughter to get her ears pierced. They were nice, professional and very informative on the process and care for the new piercings. She is almost 9 and very sensitive but didn't even flinch, there were no tears or complaints from her. She is completely happy and I'm very glad we came here. I went in for piercings and just happened to go during a sale that was half off. The wait was almost 3 hours. The shop is small and we had to stand outside. They don't do appointments for piercings and don't give a wait time. I was told 40 minutes but it turned to 3 hours. Once I got in, I was pierced by DANIEL. He was new and did a great job, he did a great job at explaining and was patient. They don't provide any after care products and only do the service. I would recommend but be ready to wait and just sit around for hours! read more

The piercer (Irene I think?) was so sweet and did things that my other piercers did not think to do. As in clean my nose, use a freaking needle instead of a gun and she was so very sweet! (needless to say this is my new piercing shop I've been recommending it all over) As soon as I stepped into the shop I was greeted warmly and experienced great customer service from everyone. My best friend and I came for a walk in. Bobby was the one who did our tattoos. We both had very different experiences. Not only did he trash the tattoos I already had. He also made fun of the tattoo we wanted. We have been wanting to do this for a long time so we didn't let that kill our vibe. I went first he made me feel very uncomfortable he was rude. I've never had a tattoo experience like this but he made it clear he wasn't a Fan of me. My friend went and she had he was so sweet and nice and made her feel completely comfortable. Went in today, during my lunch, to get my nose pierced. Process was explained completely. Irene did my piercing, she was professional and explained step by step what she was going to do. I felt a pinch and it was done! She gave me an Aftercare pamphlet and explained how to care for my piercing, answered all my questions and reassured me if I had any problems or questions to contact her. I had my septum pierced here at the end of December. Healing is going great. It's barely sore now. Well my ring fell out in the shower and down the drain(I must've loosened the ball and spun the ring). Anyways I was completely freaking out because I didn't have a backup or even feel confident enough putting one in if I did have one. I'm not sure how quickly it would've closed up so I rushed over to the shop within 20mins. I explained my situation and Nikey took me to the back room immediately.
