We reached out to Emergency Master Plumbing by sheer luck because everyone else was fully booked and not willing to come out to North Glendale. They sent a technician named Mike in less than an hour when my laundromat was flooding. He diagnosed the issue in less than 30 min, tested and confirmed the fix, all in less than an hour. We'd love to be able to review their service, but they never even got to our home. We called and were surprised when they offered to come out same day on a Friday between 10-Noon, so said sure and made arrangements to be at our home. 12:15 - no one has shown, so we called and spoke with Heather. She seemed surprised that no one was here yet and offered to call the technician. 12:30 - still no one here and no call back from Heather. Called again, and she stated very matter factly that the technician go tied up and would be here in an hour. We canceled the call. My biggest pet peeve is a company that lacks all communication. Why is it on us to find out where you are when you did not arrive in the stated 10-Noon window? Someone should have been calling us. read more

Someone in our neighborhood Facebook page recommended this company so I submitted a request online and they called me within minutes to set up a time for the very next day. Zack came to our home and was very pleasant to work with. My toilet would not flush so I called these people to come inspect my toilet and give me a quote to repair the problem. My toilet has a flushmate water saving fish control. The label is clearly visible. The plumber took a glance and said he would need to contact his manager since it was a wall mount toilet. Upon return he told me they no longer make this flush control snd they would have to make major modifications to fix my toilet estimated at $2500! I told him I would think about his quote. I was shocked at there quote! I did a search on the internet and found that Home Depot sell the rebuild kit and cartridge for my exact model for $60. I cannot recommend these people and suggest you don't either! read more

When I was concerned that I saw leaking issues, he came out when it turned out to be a false alarm. He gave me a quote over 5 months ago and I finally got around to calling them, and they still honored it! Austin and team are great! It is a family owned business so at one visit his wife was here helping, very cool team. They honor their warranty and I will continue to give them our business and recommend them to others. They were fast and got the job done and helped me clean up all the water mess and it was a bad supply line to the faucet and got it replaced and we got to sleep comfortably that night after we left. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We had literally just moved into our first home and within a week we found that when we would run the kitchen sink the water would back up into the bathtub and the toilet would gurgle. This became more of an issue almost immediately with nasty looking water backing up within the day. We knew we had a clog but didn't know to what severity. We called TWO companies before Emergency Master Plumbing - one who did end up coming but couldn't put in the clean out we needed for a week ‍ and another company who literally never showed up. 3 days into not being able to shower or clean dishes with two small kids and I was getting stressed. We called (around 9pm on a Friday) just to see if Emergency Master Plumber could come out and Nate came out literally within an hour ! We explained our situation and frustration in general and without skipping a beat , Nate came early the next morning and installed our clean out. I will say that they are punctual, and that they are follow up with also punctual. I had a leaking a water softener cartridge system in the garage. I ordered the part myself, and they just attached copper lines to it initially had to bypass it till the filter came in that cost me almost $400. Then they recommended I put a pressure gauge pressure regulator on my outside pipe for almost $1000. Once I got the filter in they came back and installed it had to measure and cut multiple times copper piping and then charge me another $270 just for that work and by the way told me that because I didn't up to put it on a pressure regulator which was still in code at 80 pounds per square inch cording to Goodyear they told me they would not back up or support or guarantee any work because I didn't spend the extra thousand bucks. If you're stuck with nowhere else to go, I wanna pay a lot of money, this is your company. Hopefully I won't be in that situation again but like I said it was a Sunday they were punctual. I hired Emergency Master Plumbing LLC back in January of 2021, I had a leak that I needed fix. They came out and fixed it which I was very happy with. However, during this time their worker went under my house (I have a manufactured home) and found an EXTRA pipe laying on the ground. Now as plumbers you would think they would look around to see where it came from or maybe turn on all the faucets to make sure nothing leak. NO, they took the pipe and threw it away, I asked them where did the pipe come from and they said it was extra. Well, they know their job, so I trusted them. Well, that was a BIG mistake. Well, come to find out I had a company come out on XXXX and resettle my house and they found another leak in the back bathroom and a missing pipe from my kitchen sink. Wow now we know where the pipe came from. I called Emergency Master Plumbing LLC and they came out and assess the issue. The first guy came out and told me there were spiders under my house which I just bombed the Sunday before they were called, and he would not go under. I just had a crew crawling all around check under my house and no one said anything about spiders. Well, I bombed and sprayed again, and they sent out a second guy, he went all the way to the back and fixed the bathroom leak. Great I was glad, however when it came to the kitchen he would not go because of the water on the ground and muck as they said. I called a company out, but they will not clean anything until the plumbing problem is fixed because they can not warranty the job. I understood, I called Heather and Austin the owners several times about this issue and they either not answer, or they will call be back. A week letter will no running water in my kitchen I called another plumbing company. They came out and had NO problem going on the under and fixing my pipe. Comes to find out the pipe they took and threw away was the pipe that came off the kitchen sink. And the connections to the pipe were cracked like someone knocked it off. Emergency Master Plumbing LLC were they only one that went under my trailer, so they had to be the one who knocked it off. I understand that thing happen but for 8 months I had no pipe on my kitchen sink, which was the pipe they threw away, that is why I had so much water down under my house which caused humidity and some of my floors lifting in area. ONLY IF THEY DID THEIR JOB AND LOOKED TO SEE WHERE THAT PIPE WENT OR FIXED THEIR MISTAKE, I WOULD NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. I have called them and let messages to see if they would help me pay for the piping work since they broke it and took the pipe. I got no answer it cost me 1100 to get a new pipe (the pipe they too) and the work done. If they would have finished the job they would have see or maybe they did the missing pipe they took. We even joked about it that maybe that the pipe they took. So, I am thinking they saw the pipe missing and they knew I knew they took the pipe and threw it away even Heather laughed about it in front of her husband Austin. I don't think I should have to pay for the piping since they were the one that took it. I would never used them again because whether you broke it or saw the mistake you done leave someone without water for week while you jerk them around. It was very unprofessional and rude to think they can treat people like that. I am not asking for the clean up money but the plumbing I paid for. read more
