Sasha and Derek showed up, greeted my dog with kindness, he talks a lot, but he is friendly. They invited Max to say hello and made friends. So, if you have a dog, there are no worries. I showed and explained the problem and they said no problem. Sasha and Derek replaced the diaphragm on one circuit so fast I was absolutely amazed. Then there was a sprinkler head in the front yard that was leaking badly. They dug it up, replaced the head, and confidently replace the sod. They mad it look so easy I was almost ashamed that I had called. But I'm an older person with som physical limitations and the job would have taken me three days, at least. Sasha and Derek are the consummate professionals. It was like magic watching them work. I'll call them back in a heartbeat!

Our HOA used American Backflow last month to test the backflow for our unit. Dylan came out to do…read morethe job and told my father who was there to let him in my home that "even if the backflow doesn't pass, we'll pass it anyways". Well, that's exactly what he did. The backflow then proceeded to leak for 5 days when my wife and I discovered water seeping up through our floors next to the utility closet. The backflow was leaking from the 2 check valves on top of the backflow that Dylan used to check the system. It was also discovered that he accidentally moved our drain for all the piping in that utility closet when he conducted his test which caused the condensation line from the condenser to leak into that closet as well. Dylan came back out that following Monday and repaired the 2 valves that were leaking, and a separate plumber (a friend of Steve Krebbs) came out to fix the drain issue. Dylan apologized for the water damage to our floors and admitted it was him that caused it and that Steve would call me to discuss paying for the damages caused by his employee. I waited for over a week and received no call from Steve. I called his office twice during that time and they assured me that he would be calling. He never did which shows what type of person he is. I called him after waiting that week and he is now saying they aren't liable for the damages and trying to pass the buck to my HOA for hiring his company. I have video evidence and pictures of the damages. Do not use this company.

I tried to give a small, local business a chance, but they proved rather quickly that I shouldn't…read morehave. Making the appt was easy enough, but it went downhill from there... Our appt was made for 9am, but they were late. We had (3) different Backflow items to be checked/tested, & I (not only) went over them with Bryttnie while on the phone when I made the appt but showed Rich Jr the notice we rec'd once he arrived. He got busy & finished the job (or so I thought) & left. The following day (or so) I noticed there were no tags left on the testing sites like had been in the past. I called Rich Jr about it & he said he had run out? He came back & left attached the tags. I then got notification from my employer that she received a notice from Weld County that there was still (1) test that needed to be completed? I thought that was weird bc I had told (2) different ppl at Eddie B's twice about this, so not sure how they could have missed it, but apparently Rich Jr tested all (3), but only submitted (2). So then another gentleman had to be scheduled to come out & (re)do the 3rd & submit, which he did arrive punctually & I sat out with him while he did his thing & double-checked that he was going to submit, etc.. My employee4r had been following up with me to make sure everything had been submitted, but I never received any record of it, just had to trust what they had told me, but she asked that I get some type of confirmation that everything was submitted for our recordkeeping. I later phoned & left a msg on the voicemail - no response. The sent an email - no response, called again - no response, called Rich Jr (twice!) & spoke with him in which he told me he'd get me proof of confirmation that everything had been submitted - never received. Even went to the office in person to see if I could get confirmation that way, & no one from the company was there, I spoke with another woman that took my info & said she'd call Rich Sr to get this taken care of, & at this point its been another week & no response, phone call, or email with the confirmations??? I'm not sure why this is such a difficult ask, but it makes me wonder if it was ever done in the first place??? I would absolutely not recommend Eddie B's for anything, bc their lack of professionalism & follow through leaves much to be desired.
