This is our 3rd time calling them. This time is the water pressure regulator failure, causing humming noise all over the house. Home warranty won't cover because it's located outside the house. Gel and Denny arrived the same day I called, carefully inspected the water pressure even I told them what the previous tech found. I am glad I hired them as it's not as easy as what youtube video showed. If you missed some tiny procedure it will cause more problem in the future. Gel and Denny were here to replace my water heater back in 2022, if a company can keep their employees, that pretty much tells me they are doing the right things. Ok, where do I start......I thought I could handle this on my own. I rented a snake from Home Depot ($$$), snaked the drain 75 ft, and thought I worked a miracle. I remembered I had a home warranty, called and they sent Emerson Plumbing. Can I just say A+++++++++! I was quoted a time between 12 and 2....they arrived at exactly 12 noon A+++++++. Uniform clean and lettering clear and bright, truck clean, equipment clean. Danny and John professional and let me ask all the questions I wanted. Danny is a great teacher if you want to learn about what's going on and why it happened. He informed me of his every move. Danny did not leave me hanging. He made sure the pipe was clear and educated me on the reason why my tub was doing what it was doing. I was very stressed before they arrived, and by the time they left, I was all smiles. Oh .....wait this part really got me.......I let my fur babies out and forgot to close the dog gate and main gate so I ran around the outside of the house and saw that they put it back just like they found it......freaking AWESOME! If I had multiple properties, I would definitely have this company on payroll. I've had plumbing issues in the past and had extensive and expensive work done. Emerson Plumbing came out to my house to fix a couple leaks we had through our home warranty company. Under our bathroom sinks ther was still water leaking from the pipe. I called the home warranty company and they said since it was over 30 days ago (35) that they should honor their work. NOPE! When I called them to ask them to tighten or fix the problem they said they would charge me and that they won't come out for free and to go through the warranty company. After calling and interviewing several plumbing service companies found online, I, fortunately, discovered and chose Emerson Plumbing Services. There was a leak under the concrete slap of my condo townhouse unit. I spoke with Aubree about the plumbing issue, and she scheduled an assessment appointment for the next day, at 8 AM. The next day, plumbing techs Danny (Sir Danny) and Juan (Prince J-J) arrived promptly at 0800 hours. They were professionally attired, with the company's patch clearly displayed on their sharp clean dark blue uniforms.... I was really impressed by their promptness and their neat appearance. Upon arrival, Danny, the senior tech, thoroughly investigated the issue and educated me on the best methods for correcting the water leak. Also, I was informed right then of the estimated and overall cost, and the duration of the corrective plumbing service. Immediately, I authorize them to begin work. They then retrieved all required tools from their well-organized cargo van... and be advised, these guys had all the right equipment for the project. This made another good impression on me. Moreover, when the section of the leaky pipe was located and retrieved, Danny and Juan showed me the breached area and clearly explained how it occurred. Lastly, because of the satisfactory plumbing service received, I felt compelled to share my positive experience on this platform; and, by the way, the water leak issue was corrected in half the time originally stated, and the cost was very very reasonable. Emerson has done several jobs for me during the past couple of years but, it seems, as his business grows, his reliability lessons. He does not stand behind the work he or his workers do. For instance, they replaced a shower less than 2 years ago; the handle is frozen. He has not responded to numerous calls to fix it. Also I recommended him to my daughter and a friend; both told me he was unreliable. Nice man but for his business to flourish, he must be reliable and stand behind the work done. read more

A shower in my house wasn't working properly and I needed that to be fixed as soon as possible since the we are having visitors for the holidays. I called Emerson Plumbing Services and they were able to book a technician to come to my place the next day (Pretty awesome). Emerson was the person who came to help us. He checked the shower and he realized the shower wasn't working properly because of an installation issue and not because it was broken. He adjusted the shower and it was fixed!!! After he fixed it he explained to me what was going on and what I should do if that happened again. He also didn't charge me a single penny since there was nothing wrong with it. So Emerson not only solved my issue in a few hours but he also was super honest with what was going on with the shower, gave me suggestions and didn't take advantage of the fact that we don't know anything about plumbing stuff.
