Drain Force completed a big project for us. Danny and Martin are experts in their field. They replaced our galvanized pipes and drains. The pipes were corroded and clogged, leading to low pressure water. This was a difficult project, but they completed it quickly. They arrived early in the morning and left late at night so they can restore water to the house. But in order to do that, they had to work endlessly without any breaks. We noticed a big difference in the water quality and pressure. The water is tasty and crystal clear. We can turn all the fixtures on and the pressure would be on full blast. They replaced some of our fixtures and flushed our water heater as well. read more

Tony came to fix the washing machine hose bib quickly. I went to Home Depot and got part, tried to do it by myself but I couldn't remove the part. I thought I couldn't do it because of the rust but it was not. When I watched whole time when Tony fixed it, I was so glad that I called him. Juan and his crew did an incredible job replumbing hot and cold water. House was built in the 1970s with original plumbing in the slab. Fast forward 60ish years, hot water pipe leaks.Drain Force re-piped whole house hot and cold system with new PEX pipes and fittings. We also replaced the water heater and tub and shower valve upstairs. Replaced all valves to each fixture throughout the house. 15 year warranty. Patched up drywall and stucco. Paint all patch work. We've had them out to work on the house previously and did an excellent job. I'd post pictures before and after, but let me just say when I went in the house to inspect work, you couldn't tell where they had patched the drywall. Again excellent cleanup. I recently had an emergency sewer back up I say emergency because my house was flooding from both toilets and tub and shower with raw sewage. As soon as I called Juan he was on his way. When he arrived he noticed water coming out of the sewer lid in the street. He immediately got on the phone to the city and had a truck dispatched to our street but in the mean time Juan was able to open the sewer line and record it for the the city guys to see. He was able to locate and mark the area in the city line that was full of roots. The evidence Juan provided to my attorney was more then enough to have the damage to our home paid for by our insurance and the city. read more

I would avoid. I had a bad experience with Drain Force plumbing. The price was massively inflated. He quoted me more than $1,000 to *diagnose* an irrigation issue (broken main at a 90 degree connector), and asked for more than $4,000 to fix it. For 3 PVC pipes. I paid them for what they did (the crazy inflated diagnosis fee), and had it fixed for a small fraction of what they asked later that day. I do appreciate that they responded quickly, and came out the next morning. We had worked with them before. But the cost was just so crazy, and I really felt taken advantage of. There are a lot of fairly priced plumbers. I really despise when contractors take advantage of homeowners in their time of need, and that is what happened here. I had some serious drain/plumbing issues with my house's 50+ year old cast iron pipes, and I'm glad we went with Drain-Force for trenchless repair and pipe-lining. They're not cheap, but the owner, Juan Carlos, was always responsive, professional, and even thoughtful whenever any issue or question came up. It was apparent his team knows what they're doing, and I would recommend them to anyone with drain line issues. Scope: We had 2 breaks in our lateral drain and they fixed the connector to our main line. They also descaled, hydro-jetted, and lined our bathroom pipes with resin. When they discovered the laundry/kitchen pipe couldn't be descaled/lined due to a section of it being collapsed, they talked to us about the option to replace that pipe using their trenchless method (to minimize the jackhammering through the slab of our house). I had another plumbing contractor re-routing supply lines at the time, and the Drain-Force team was accommodating to the spaces they needed to work in and everyone's schedules. First I'd like to give them credit. I called looking for same day service as my shower had flooded. I had water coming up both showers and from under one of my toilets. Over the phone they stated it was likely a main line blockage and they'd have someone out that afternoon. They kept me updated with their ETA and the plumber was friendly. Overall I was happy with their communication and responsiveness. When they arrived they ran the camera in my clean out and identified roots grown through my main line that was original cast iron. Immediately they jumped to having to dig under my slab foundation to replace all my drain pipes for both bathrooms. I asked multiple times if there was any way to alleviate the current blockage and was told no. They sent me a quote for thousands of dollars and were eager to start the project. I had a plumber friend come out and use a drain snake on the original shower and have had no drainage issues since. I know the pipes will likely need to be replaced at some point but that root didn't grow overnight. They were trying to pressure me into spending more than I needed.
