For the hundreds of dollars I spent a on a color, highlight and cut, I expected really good service. I had color all over my forehead and both cheeks. When I asked about the large circle on my forehead, I was handed a color off wipe so I could wipe the color off myself. Although the mark was more of a slight chemical burn. The stylist had completely forgot I booked a haircut until halfway through foils , so she did a quick dry cut after drying my hair before styling. I was there for about 5 hours and I left with a light shade of blonde in the back of my hair and a darker Caramel color in the front . When I got home I noticed I had some bleach bleeds in the back (she did not show me the back once) I showed photo and said I like ashy blonde and they toned me with 8G an 9NW - which means my hair was very gold/Carmel aka a tad orange. I don't mean to drag anyone in this review, but I want to be honest. There is nothing worse than spending a ton of money then go home and fix your hair, luckily in another life I worked as a hairdresser and am able to fix my hair , but not everyone can.

No smooth transitions and no to very little toner usage." it took him 2 hours and 30 mins to do my thick set of hair. i felt like this time around he did not listen or care for what I wanted at all. I asked him for blonde statement frame around face, smooth out orange and smooth Baliyage blonde transitions like the photo I showed him- I did not get any of my expectations. i told him 100% I did not like it- he did not attempt to fix anything or offer to tone it down or even offer me a discount. I payed the entire bill and left crying because i was so upset with the entire situation and felt he was just rushing me through the appt. not listening to my wants or needs and just did what he felt was easiest for him. i will no longer be returning to this place as I do not trust his expertise or experience any further. She was able to color correct a botched job at another place. She was super detailed in getting all of my hair foiled without leaving gaps (even the underneath) which is not easy to do. She gave me a beautiful blended blonde with the "money piece" (light piece in the front) exactly how I asked. She also did an amazing hair cut that frames my face so well. The best hair color, cut, and demeanor I have ever experienced when getting my hair done. While my cut there wasn't perfect, I did at least get a boring version of what I requested -- a style cut short and flat against my head on the left side, gradually lengthening in the back like a short rounded cap that hugged my head and tapered to the nape of the neck, and left long on the right side of my head but shaped to encourage the resulting deep wavy locks to hang languidly over and shade that side of my face. Like, drama. The stylist followed my instructions literally, but she failed artistically to create the look, or mood, I wanted. At least she did a decent job rather than ruin my hair, as too many clients in reviews of Winslow had complained. How hard is it to find a stylist who actually listens to what clients say.
