I went in for a wax and I had a groupon (or livingsocial?). The owner was very polite and wonderful to talk to and deal with. I've seen a fair share of businesses that 'hate grouponers' but this lady was very welcoming. But the waxing wasn't the greatest. The door was accidentally left ajar during some part of the service (gasp!). Although I was the last customer of the day and the wax room was in the far end of the salon, I was still uncomfortable with that situation. And then she got one of the waxed clothes stuck onto my clothes (ugh!). I couldn't get the wax off my clothing and had to throw that piece away. I'm not sure if my experience was unique with Tram, or if people just don't like writing negative reviews. But I went in off of Yelp reviews to Tram for a highlight and cut.. I am no hair expert, but the highlights were obviously really bad. No exaggeration. The color was so uneven, literally a pink and bright blonde (I'd ask for subtle for my dark brown hair). The cut was so lopsided and off-- eg: longer on the top layer and shorter on the bottom layer. The next day I had to rush to a second salon to repair the damage. It was so bad I called in sick for work I couldn't even bear to walk in with my hair so bad. The new stylist was pretty impressed with how awful the cut/color was considering Le Timeless is a "nice" salon. Felt pretty bad for me. It will now take me a couple years to grow out the bad highlights, and she had to cut my hair up a good 3-4 inches to get the cut somewhat back to normal. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews and potentially harming a business. But I truly want people to know what they're risking if they've never been here before. A bad cut and color is expensive and can destroy your desired color and length hair for years if it is this bad and has to be "repaired" like mine did. read more

I love to support local biz and when I can write a good review it's even better. I took my little girl there for a haircut and a feather. When I called to make the appointment the receptionist was very nice and had a good vibe about her. It is ALWAYS a deal breaker if the person answering the phone is negative or bitchy. So, we go and it was an awesome experience. My little one was a little nervous at first, but she was fine once she settled in. The owner Tramlei (sp) cut her hair and she did a great job. So friendly Straight bangs and nice even layers( not always the case) A fair price The salon was very clean and professional They also have specials all the time and they sell Pureology my fav product line. I am really particular about my hair and have been going to the same person for about 6 years. I looked at reviews for Le Timeless Beaute and since I lived close, I thought I would give it a try. I have to say it is by far the best hair cut I have ever received. I was a bit nervous when she started cutting my hair with a razor but her skill immediately put me at ease. She really seemed to have a great sense of what style I was interested in having; what would look good with my face and lifestyle. Then she styled it and when I turned around in the chair, I felt like I was in a movie or on one of those TV shows when they get ready for the big "reveal." I looked Amazing. In talking to the owner, who cut my hair, she told me that she has trained in Paris and several large salons. I have never had the money to pay for that level of service but now I can. The next day, I ran a flat iron through my hair a couple of times and I was off to work. I have never had so many compliments. People were asking if I had lost weight...always a good thing. I waited to write this review because the real test is: "Can I wash and style my hair to look like how the professionals do it? The sign of a GREAT hair cut is that indeed you can replicate the results. I have two teens and work full time, I don't have time to futz with my hair. And amazingly enough, I was able to style it! Now I want to go back and try the other services. My two daughters also want to go too. One of my daughter's commented on how my confidence seems boosted and it is. Tramle has been my hair dresser for many years now, both my husband and I go to her. Since going to Tramle, I frequently get compliments on my hair color and cut. She is an amazing technician, in both discipline's. Her new salon in Woodinville is lovely and I'm so happy that she was finally able to open her own place. I just went and had a facial done by Dawn and she is very knowledgeable and competent. She made my skin feel like silk when she was through. Tram did my hair, and she was super nice, and very chatty, which I LOVE. She was also very quick applying my colour (another thing I love). And she paid attention when I said "just a little off the ends!" Most places take off a few inches, but Tram only took of about 1/2 an inch, which was exactly what I wanted. She also was super friendly, and invited me to the salon's open house like she was an old friend, even though we'd just met! I had an appointment for 4:15 for a cut and colour. There was a woman who walked in without an appointment for an eyebrow wax who was seen before I was. Eyebrow waxing doesn't take super long, so I wasn't annoyed or angry or anything, I just think it's kind of unprofessional to ignore someone with an appointment for a walk in. Again, I wasn't angry, but I was a little surprised. I also got charged extra for my colour because my hair was previously dyed. I've never been charged extra for not having Virgin hair, and have been dying my hair for about ten years,. I could understand if I was trying to go lighter, but I was actually going darker, so again, I was surprised by that as well. My only issue was that I asked for blunt bangs, and she gave me side swept. They look AMAZING, but I wanted something completely different. I'm not that upset, because it does look great, but I didn't get what I asked for, so I was a little bummed, and that's why she lost a star. read more

I love this place. I now take my 3 kids here to get their hair cut too. The staff is extremely friendly and they treat everyone very very well. They pamper everyone who steps foot in the salon. I am a supporter of local business people and Tram gets 5+ stars from me for starting her own busines and doing a great job. The prices are very reasonable too. I used to pay $200+ at the Gene Juarez salon in Redmond for haircut + full foil. I pay much less now and receive personalized service that far exceeds the service I received at Gene Juarez (and I was going to GJ for 6+ years!). I've been here twice and each time was a slightly different experience. The first time was great and I thought it was amazing and Tram Lee did a good job on my hair. Only to realize when I got home and my hair dried(naturally curly) that she forgot to cut an entire section. I was appalled and took scissors to my hair to finish the job myself. Yet for some reason I decided to go back. I know that sometimes mistakes happen and it was probably just a freak accident and total slip up. Somehow the next time it was the exact same way, also after my cut this time she was wanting to style my hair so reluctantly I let her thus having it turn out later to be a huge tangly mess. I'm sorry but it was a less than pleasant experience each time. Not to mention that is isn't very cheap either. I'm deciding to give this 2 stars instead of 1 only because of how genuine and friendly the entire staff is. read more

I went for the second time to Tram for a full face waxing yesterday. The first time she did fine. Last evening, my face was feeling a bit painful and after a face waxing, sure, it smarts a bit. No, these were burns. I have burns on the left side of my face (the second side she did) and one burn very near my eyelid on the right side of my face. I have been going to Dawn for waxing and skin care services for over a year and she is awesome! She is always very honest with me about anything going on with my skin and is willing to discuss life style changes that may help resolve any issues I am having. When I go to her for eye brow waxes, I never feel like she trying to rush me out the door. She takes the time to make sure that she has gotten any stray hairs and that I am totally happy with the shape before sending me on my way. Le Timeless Beaute is a salon that I will definitely come back to again and again. I moved here a few years ago and haven't had a regular hairdresser. I have thick medium length hair that needs a great cut and style as well as the need for color services. Tram Lei takes the time to talk with you about hair styles, how she can work with your hair to bring out the best in it and your appearance. She is upbeat, kind and an expert in her field. She smiles a lot and creates a very positive vibe as she works her magic. Le Timeless Beaute salon is very inviting with a Parisian theme. From the moment you walk in you are made comfortable with smiling staff, an offer of a magazine or fragrant hot tea to sip on. Tram Lei has a new General Manager, Jeremy who also happens to be a very fun addition to this fine salon. He is Tram's son who is learning the business from the "roots' up so to speak! I have a feeling he is going to add a lot to the success of this salon in the future as a manager. I met the esthetician, Dawn the last time I was in and look forward to scheduling a facial in the near future.
