This made my mother feel very uncomfortable and distrust towards the dentist. He also insulted my ability to translate English to Spanish when I'm clearly able to speak fluent in both. My mother a Hispanic Spanish speaking only means that I'm constantly using both English and Spanish when addressing her needs to doctors etc. Despite his front desk receptionist telling my mother the same information that I've already translated did not change my mother's opinion that she may have a broken tooth.

How the hell and why the hell is that possible when she has an appointment SCHEDULED FOR TODAY. I am so irritated and frustrated. Because the issues are out of my control. But it's to many incidents that I am ready to not return to this location. I hate that because I actually like Dentist themselves, but the mishaps are very disheartening.
