I contacted a different Epoxy company to look at the work, and they confirmed with me that the work was not done correctly and that it was not proper Epoxy. They were the ones who urged me to make a review so that no one else would have to go through what I went through. I now have to spend even more money on a different company who has to fix what Trevor did, and then pay even more money to have proper Epoxy applied on my garage floor. I don't usually leave negative reviews as I try to work things out with people, but at this point, the only remedy is to hire another company to do the same work that should have been done correctly. Regardless of what's been said, I wanted Epoxy floors on my garage, and the garage floor does not have proper Epoxy on it.

I interviewed several roofing contractors but when I interviewed Cory Stone (president) with Ultimate Choice roofing, my decision became so easy. He not only helped ease my anxiety about the major repair task ahead of me but also took all the pressure off by handling the other required repair work (windows, interior, etc.) One of the biggest challenges we had was implementing some of the upgrades and architectural changes (metal roof accents) into the project like I wanted. Cory's team was the right crew for the job. In Conclusion: Ultimate Choice exceeded my expectations at every level. The completed roofing project was fantastik. Even compelling several of my neighbors to comment on how impressed they were.

My wife and I hired Ultimate Choice to add a patio extension, build an outdoor fireplace and…read morereplace / expand our driveway. In summary, Cory outsourced the entire project to CMS Construction - Sixto Mondragon - who did an absolutely TERRIBLE job - and did not even finish the project. The concrete they poured was unevenly finished and inconsistent. Their framers are also their trim carpenters - among other duties - none of which they seem to be very skilled at. They did not install proper concrete footers for the patio extension - didn't add any base before pouring concrete on the new driveway - installed tongue and groove without staggered spacing (meaning all boards started and stopped at the same place) - installed an awning with nearly no slope and put shingles on its roof and that is just a part of the mistakes. During the project, the subcontractor was telling us he didn't have money to continue with the project while Cory was saying that we had to work it out with the subcontractor. It was a complete mess. Cory only came to the jobsite twice - during two months. Cory sent a text terminating the contract. We had to tear out all of the concrete they poured (which was three full truckloads) - remove most of the cedar tongue and groove they had improperly installed - tear out all of the stone fireplace they improperly installed - replace about 25% of the brick they had laid - and add footers to the concrete patio extension to prevent the slab from cracking. Please - don't do business with this company. It's the luck of the draw - since they sub out all / most of their work - whether you get a good sub that will do a good job or not. And you definitely cannot count on Cory to be there to manage or warranty their work. Just look at the attached pics of the "quality" of work that was performed by Ultimate Choice. The pics speak for themselves.

I was in an option period and my initial inspection flagged major foundation and structural issues with the home at Friday at 6pm. I was referred to other companies, but they were closed over the weekend. Googled companies and came across GreenWorks. rep not only said they can accomplish a full evaluation of both downstairs and upstairs, but also share estimates on price and come on that Sunday. With the option period ending the following Friday , I had felt I had to take a chance on them considering they said they can give me what I was asking for. Sunday comes and I reconfirm with the engineer in person my asks: evaluate downstairs and upstairs and give me a cost for repairs. Not once was I stopped to clarify if they could actually do the work requested. They had no problem accepting my $900. Fast forward to the end of day 3 (Wednesday) and after several calls emphasizing any expedited request I get the report, only to find upstairs was not evaluated and there was no cost repair plan (they claimed it would come within 24 hours). 48 hours to decide on moving forward on a home, and I wasted those days to not get the full answers. Called 4 times between end of Wednesday and Thursday asking to speak to a manager and every time they told me they'd call me back asap. Never once got a call back. MY FIFTH TIME calling, I get on the line with a customer support rep, not a manager. I'm then told that evaluation of upstairs was not part of the deal, and that no estimate was promised in my proposal and they will not be sending estimated cost (it literally showed in the email a "cost repair" link) I burned Sunday-Thursday waiting for something they refused to acknowledge they told me they could do, had to hire another company to come out and they gave me rough estimates within the same day. Not only that, they "worked" towards getting me a full refund, then the following week said best they can do is $300 because there's no "proof" that they confirmed price and upstairs evaluation. Do not use this company. Incredibly frustrating experience all around and zero accountability. I've advised all my contacts in the real estate industry to put them on a "do not use list".
