Absolutely horrible experience, I don't think I've had such a poor experience at a restaurant…read morebefore. Not only was the quality of the food extremely poor, the customer service was even worse. No greeting, no instructions on how to use the menu or grill (though I didn't need it as I'm a well experienced in Korean food but it's just the thought) they also ran out of stock of the main food items ordered and didn't say anything about it until asked. I'm used to authentic Korean food, and this wasn't anything near. Think extra watered down food and the sushi had lettuce in it. The worst part of all? When I brought up the concerns there wasn't one apology and instead blame and the manager went back and forth with me. Extremely unprofessional and he mentioned the food wasn't Korean food? I almost laughed at the thought. The manager offered absolutely no solution but to discount our total an offensive amount off, he suggested 10% off at first. All the food was uneaten. Edit: Since posting these reviews and being met with the replies from the owner on multiple platforms, it all just further more solidifies my review and the issues that occurred. The customer service is beyond awful and if you read the replies there is no resolution offered, just confrontation. "41 items were ordered and prepared" and left uneaten. Let that sink in on how bad the food quality has to be for that lol. Though I'm doubtful on the amount claimed regardless as another simple lie was stated saying we accepted 10% off our bill. What I don't appreciate is the blatant lies throughout their replies but I'll let their public replies speak for themselves. I would highly recommend a professional development and leadership training program.

We waited about 5 minutes so they could preheat the table grill. They have tables for really any size group. QR code menu at the table allowed us to order what we wanted, it was pretty much all covered under the $35.99/pp AYCE price, drinks excluded. Started with some apps- Japchae was OK, surprised there weren't more veggies. Tteokbokki was not spicy as described, but was so good! Cheese dogs were fun, the mustard on the outside was very good. Favorite apps by far were the beef mandu dumplings and fried shrimp! All of the bulgolgi meats were excellent- regular beef, regular pork and spicy beef! Highly recommend. Pork belly was perfect, and kalbi ribs were nice and thinly sliced with a good marinade. Salmon and shrimp were fine, but both were very plain, perhaps an option for garlic shrimp?! Sauces were a split decision at the table, two of us thought they were great, and two thought they needed more soy-based options. Had some plum soju (rice wine), the sweet was nice against some of the spicy meats. Brown sugar bubble tea was fresh, but the tapioca pearls were very hard, needed to be cooked way longer. Mai Tai was a good balance of fruity and boozy! Definitely save room for a Melona bar for dessert- they are a popular Korean dessert that is a perfect blend of ice cream and a Popsicle. The melon flavor is so good and the perfect end to the meal. Everything was very clean, service was friendly and helpful with the grill table and ordering. Would definitely come back!

At kbbq???) So glad we did because we found this place instead. We were able to get a customized option for dining that worked for us and our little picky eater. Loved the variety and the meats were flavorful, out quickly, and fresh. Their thai coconut (can't remember name) broth was so good even my son enjoyed it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall though the service is what sold us. We eat a lot of kbbq and the service is usually good but our waiter was exceptional. He was attentive, patient and kind. We are so happy we ended up here during our short time in Appleton. If you want kbbq or hotpot in the area, THIS is your spot in my opinion!

We had a private room with pre-set menu that included bread service + soup or salad. Do not skip on the fresh bread with compound butter. I never knew how delicious bacon Parmesan compound butter would be. I want to be a butter snob now and only crave compound butters moving forward. :D Food presentation is beautiful but taste is what wins me over. The tenderloin is magnificent. All of the flavors are in perfect symmetry - the sprouts and mashed potatoes were dynamite. Having broccolini as another vegetable was even better. This is a generously sized dish and easily makes for 2 meals. I can't say enough positive things about my first Fratellos experience and very much look forward to coming back for another taste.

They have an upstairs tap room, an arcade, and a bar and restaurant downstairs. The service was all-around incredible. The employees were warm, friendly, and professional, and they seemed to know exactly how often to check in without interrupting our meal. They spaced out our drinks, appetizers, and entrees just the right amount. Our server Andrew was particularly great. We had a soda flight of their craft sodas for a super super reasonable price, and every single soda was spectacular. We're spoiled in the craft soda department by virtue of living in Wisconsin (Sprecher, Potosi, etc), but this was definitely the best craft soda we've had. Even the wacky flavors like blue raspberry were rich and flavorful--they didn't taste overwhelmingly artificial. I cannot recommend their soda enough, although I imagine their craft beer is pretty good too! We also had a delicious mocktail, which always goes a long ways in impressing us. All of our food was reasonably priced and so, so, fresh and delicious. The Bavarian pretzel with the beer cheese was heavenly!! We loved our entrees as well. Even something simple like the fries were perfectly done--fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Everything we had their was top notch, and despite the number of things we ordered, our bill was not very high at all (about $50 for a mocktail, a craft soda flight and a soda pint, an appetizer and two entrees.

The bar area is spacious to wait either at the bar or in some small lower tables. We came for the salad bar and were a bit underwhelmed. It says Fridays have a limited salad bar and if you asked me what that looked like tonight's is what I'd say. Lettuce, a few standard veggie toppings, your usual dressings, croutons. Missing things like pickles, carrots, corn or peas, three bean salad, cottage cheese. But it was all fresh and crisp and had the most important things for a supper club: cheese and liver spreads with crackers and hot bacon dressing. They also have two soups nightly, lasagna (flavorful and not sweet like some places) and ham and potato (perfectly thickened but not like glue and not too salty). I love that they have perch every night. I was a bit skeptical on all the combos being with tenderloin because I don't like that cut but it was tender yet not mush, perfectly charred and crusty outside but a spot-on medium rare almost to the rare side. Seasoned well and made me a believer in tenderloin. The perch was some of the best I've ever had. Large. Moist fillets and cooked to perfection so it was crispy cracker crumb outside but moist and flaky inside. The broasted chicken was crispy and juicy but a bit salty for my taste. Potato puffs were a fun take on potato sides and well seasoned. Ambiance is what you'd expect, dark wood and "homey" ambiance. Waitresses are fairly attentive and get the job done. It's also absurdly affordable, we paid more for a burger lunch earlier that day and here we even had leftovers.
