We have been servicing our CR-V after purchasing it several times at the dealership we purchased it and made the switch to Victory Honda going forward. On all of our visits the entire staff is friendly and professional. Our service advisor Sarah Gomes is outstanding; her interactions from the first visit reassured us we are in trusted hands for our vehicle needs. She is personable, knowledgeable and about all very professional. All of our maintenance intervals were performed by Victory Honda. Unfortunately our CR-V recently had a major engine failure a day before the 4th of July. Luckily the dealership was still open and shortly the CR-V was towed and Sarah quickly noted all of the symptoms we described and had us on our way with a loaner. We were concerned with the symptoms of the failure but Sarah assured us she will have the techs diagnosed the issue and let us know what the findings are. Ultimately the repairs warranted corporate Honda to be involved which resulted in the repairs being honored by Honda corporate to cover the repairs with a reasonable deductable on our end. Needless to say Sarah is the most capable service advisor I had the pleasure of interacting with all the dealerships I have experienced in past. She handled our case with the upmost detail and informing us the status the entire time. I'm asking management to review our agreement and honor what we were promised. My advice to anyone buying here: get every single promise in writing and ask for a detailed list of exactly what is--and is not--covered. Not to mention we had an appointment that lasted 4 hours lol what was the point of an appointment. I would have gladly left my car and enjoyed my morning and Saturday.
