My CU said that to approve financing, the dealership had to register the vehicle. Majio took my initial call (at a ridiculously early hour - and was immediately responsive) to respond to all questions I had about this and other questions about the car. It was EARLY too - but he was super pleasant. And yes, they absolutely can register your car. My sister was looking to donate her super-old and barely-running car and they took it for trade-in! From the moment I showed up at the lot, Bijan ad Majio treated me like family and I felt super comfortable. They asked me options (GAP insurance, etc), but only once for each option and were not at all pushy. My next driver will be needing a car in a couple years and PAW has completely earned my trust and future business. I was looking at (and researching) some of their other models while they were working on my paperwork and their prices were ridiculous across the board. At one point the salesman even shrugged and said, "Oh, you don't have to worry about signing that one." That's extremely concerning when we're talking about legal documents and personal identification. This kind of carelessness could easily lead to someone signing something with the wrong identity if they aren't paying close attention. Buyers should NEVER be put in that situation. On top of that, professionalism was extremely low. Two salesmen were smoking a device in front of customers while handling deals.
