I accepted the reduced offer based on that explanation. Months later, I was contacted by the person who bought my old Tesla. He found me on LinkedIn to ask some questions about the car. To my surprise, he told me the car was sold to him with the full PPF wrap still on it. I immediately called DGDG to understand what happened. Their response was, "You agreed to the final selling price, so there's nothing we can do now." I spent over 90 minutes trying to reach a manager. Everyone I spoke with said, "I'm not responsible; I'll connect you to the manager," and then the line got disconnected. When I tried to call back, I received no response. When I finally got connected with a manager, she said, "The buyer wanted to have the PPF, so we didn't unwrap it." And while I was still talking to her, the phone got disconnected again. I called back, but no one answered. This was a clear case of deception. They reduced the price claiming they had to remove the wrap, then sold the car as-is with the wrap still on, profiting from my loss. Avoid doing business with this DGDG. If they ask to reduce your car's value for any reason, demand clear documentation that explains the breakdown of the final offer and the reasons behind any deductions. On Wednesday, we received a message recommending new brakes and telling us the car would be ready around 1 PM. We declined the brake service because the price was high, which we expected from a dealership and wasn't a big deal. What was a problem was that after declining the service, nobody confirmed whether the car would still be ready at 1 PM. We called repeatedly and couldn't get anyone to answer. Since we couldn't get confirmation, we decided to wait until the following afternoon to pick it up. By then, the Uber credit they provided had expired, so we paid for the ride ourselves. Again, not a huge deal. We arrived the next afternoon and the car still wasn't ready. Had someone simply answered the phone or responded to a message, we could have avoided making the trip. Eventually, we got the car back and drove directly to the hand car wash we always use. We specifically prefer that the dealership not wash our cars because we're admittedly very particular about how they're cared for. That's when we noticed a large scratch on the top of the hood that wasn't there before. We immediately messaged the dealership. No response. Then, while driving back to the dealership, we started hearing a terrible noise whenever we turned the car. At that point, we were so frustrated that when we arrived, we actually forgot to even mention the scratch and focused on the much more concerning sound coming from the wheel. They initially seemed reluctant to look into it, but eventually discovered that the technician had not fitted the collar correctly on the wheel after removing it. Mistakes happen. A technician installing something incorrectly can happen. Even an expensive brake recommendation doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the combination of everything: phones not being answered, messages not being returned, being told the car would be ready when it wasn't, damage appearing on the vehicle while it was in their possession, and then receiving the car back after four days with part of the wheel assembly improperly fitted. That's not one isolated mistake. That's a quality-control and customer-service problem. We also weren't the only frustrated customers there. During our visit, another customer was visibly upset and raising her voice about her own issue. Unfortunately, this isn't our first unpleasant experience with this service center either. We've given Land Rover San Jose multiple opportunities because we purchased our Range Rover here and it's convenient, but at this point we've had enough. We're done with Land Rover San Jose.

I've bought four cars from this dealership for hundreds of thousands of dollars and have personally recommended them to at least 10 friends. That's how much trust I had in them. When I returned my 2022 Audi, the dealership told me to cancel the independent lease inspection that I had previously scheduled and bring the car directly to them because they would "handle everything" on the same day. I was at the dealership signing and driving away in my new 2024 Audi e-tron GT, believing--based on what they told me--that the lease return was fully taken care of. Seven months later, out of nowhere, Audi Financial claimed there was a problem with the lease return: a $695 charge for a cracked tail light -- something they told me would be handled and disclosed on the same day. Audi never contacted me during those seven months. No notice. No discussion. No attempt to resolve anything before it escalated. I immediately disputed the charge in writing through the proper channels with documentation. Despite that, the charge was pushed through anyway and reported in a way that wrecked my credit. Since then, I have spent months--now over a year--trying to get this resolved. All I am asking is that Audi Financial properly report the facts back to the credit bureaus. They have refused to do so. The impact: my credit score went from ~820 to ~590 over this single $695 issue -- a problem that exists only because I followed Audi San Jose's instructions and trusted them to handle the return properly. To make matters worse, Audi San Jose has never acknowledged that they told me to cancel the inspection in the first place, even though that instruction is what put me in this position. Based on how this was handled -- reporting a disputed charge, ignoring the dispute, refusing to correct the reporting, and causing massive credit damage without any meaningful attempt to resolve it -- Audi violated fair credit reporting laws and basic consumer protection standards and I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection organizations. I had noticed some potential oil spots on the passenger seat, be had them cleaned before I got there the second time. Great experience with Steel Chariot and particularly with Nema.
