Not only did they ruin my oil pan, but they also managed to strip out the oil drain pan plug on my 2015 Chevy Cruze. Since then, I've been forced to spend a few hundred dollars on oil and various repairs, all while trying to fix this infuriating problem during my road trip. I trusted Rueben's Tire Services to take care of my vehicle, and instead, they've caused me nothing but stress, inconvenience, It's beyond frustrating to think that a simple oil change has turned into such a disaster, all because of their negligence and incompetence.
