Unfortunately I have an issue with my floor right in the middle of the room (seems like one or more of the pieces is defective. Called for an inspection to get the repair done under the lifetime warranty and they tell me it's a limited warranty and they are going to charge me $50 to let me know if they think it's covered under warranty. Mind you I've already sent a picture of the problem. So I'm paying for the inspection and if they want to charge me for the repairs I'm going elsewhere. I do not recommend Express Flooring.
