Rolando and his team handled the actual prep and install. They skim-coated the floors, filled in cracks, rebar stitching where necessary for maximum endurance, and worked with me on design. Rolando is incredibly astute about color combinations, and was very patient when I was trying to decide. He spent time making up sample looks for me while we adjusted tints, wanting to assure my satisfaction with the final choice. When they installed the third carpet which was over a year after the carpet was installed we asked the installer to look at it and fix it. He addressed the steps during that installed. In December we called as the steps were wrinkled again and the top landing area and asked if someone could come out and fix it so it doesn't ruin the backing on the carpet. The person at the store said they would send someone out to check it out and it was Roy. This was mid December 2023. He said he would get back to us in a week and said that the carpet was installed 2 1/2yrs ago and they only have a 2 year warranty but he would see what he could do. We followed up several times and they said we are working on it and will get back to you with a proposal?!? Finally after another call in the morning on January 20th (1 month later!) Roy was busy with a customer and called back in the afternoon with a proposal for $600 that included $100 discount to re-stretch the carpet. I can not figure out how carpet would need to be re-stretched multiple times which tells me it was not stretched well enough when it was installed. We have more carpet & flooring to purchase and I am sorry but this is very petty to charge to address what we feel is an installation issue. There are too many flooring companies out there and we will NOT be returning with our business.

Likely not. My husband and I stopped at the store to price out some carpet. We already had a professional measure our room, so we had dimensions with us for an estimate. We picked out carpet and received an estimate which included everything except sales tax. The sales person still needed to come to the house and do his own measurements (which were approximately the same as we had) and he brought a sample of the carpet as well as some other samples since he knew I wasn't thrilled about the color. After consulting with my husband via text, we decided to go with a carpet that according to the salesman, was cheaper than the original we picked out. When we sat down at the table, he added everything up and I was very surprised to find the price was more than what he quoted in the store even though this was supposedly less expensive (and better) carpet. After promising a quick timeframe for install, we decided to go ahead because we had family coming from across the country and needed time to get things done and get the room back together. We really didn't have time to mess with getting more estimates. The price discrepancy took one star from the review. The salesman cost the store another star because he broke the unwritten rules of sales, which is to never bring up politics or religion during a sale. We're buying carpet, not canvassing for a politician or looking for a church. I don't need to know who someone is voting for or what their religious beliefs are during a sale. The audacity of someone coming to my house and questioning my voting choices is astounding. If we weren't in a hurry to get this job done, we would have canceled the sale and showed him the door. The installation was not done correctly. They did not stretch the carpet enough which resulted in ripples forming in 6 out of 8 rooms (see attached photos). We had an extremely busy couple of years so we didn't call for repair until just recently. But I can't get them on the phone, nor have they returned my calls (4 calls total). I did not ask for it to be restretched under warranty because it's my fault that we waited so long; in other words I did. It give them a reason to avoid my calls. I ended up using Tucson Carpet Repair for that and they did a great job; so far. 2. They assured us that the carpet we chose was perfect for a family of 5 with two dogs. But within two years it was worn down excessively in the high traffic areas.

They did that, but failed to take up the tech strips on the cement and didn't finish the edge of carpet that had been cut off at the closet door. It took numerous phone calls and messages left that were ignored before they finally returned to finish the job.
