The blinds in the bedroom were chewed by my dog a bit. I asked the owner if I could remove the items he said no and I was on a group thread with danielle and I was able to go remove some items. Screen door was mine so I took it off. He was trying to charge me 300 for a replacement that cost 150 at Home Depot $300 to remove the bamboo and string lights in the backyard that I removed in two minutes and the bidet I was charged $95 for not removing. Meaning I now have to submit more work orders and schedule more appointments to fix the cheap lousy "repairs" your team does. It's not worth the trouble. Also they said they painted, no they did not the bathroom walls were white but had yellow marks because it was so dirty. the rest of the house had patches that they covered with paint. Once we finally got our deposit they kept over 400 dollars for unnecessary things for example, because we didn't replace the ac filter when moving out. That is not in our contract, they were unprofessional, that unit needs a whole redo they handed the keys with it being disgusting and messed up and we returned it at a better condition yet they complaiNed. They did not care about our health and safety and robbed us from about 300 of that 400 dollars they took. Do not go to them!!!!

The owner is extremely sharp and knows her real estate and rental legal stuff extremely well. I have several properties managed by pro properties and the renting and contracting has been absolutely absolutely seamless. I can only guess at least one of the reviews, maybe more, have been posted out of revenge for personal problems between the reviewer and the business owner, unfairly. It has to be the only explanation because my experience is 100% opposite of negative. I personally recommend them here.
