Hours of operation are very challenging for the regular business schedule person as they close at 4pm M-F. Saturdays close at 1:00. I finally had a window of time that I could go, so I called before I made the 30 minute drive across town. I called before going to confirm they had a product I'm looking for and there was no answer. I called twice, no answer either time, and the last time the call ended with "sorry there is no one available to take your call." So I hustle over thinking they are just too busy to answer the phone. I get here and there's a sign taped on the door that they're closed for Easter. I wasted an hour of my precious Easter Saturday because they couldn't announce they were closed on their phone- I had to get here in person to find out. So frustrating! read more

We went to this showroom yesterday and tried to look around. There were 2 people in the showroom and we were told they are over capacity. I looked around to see if there were others in the building but it was just my family and 2 other people walking together. I was told they only allow 10 people in a massive building including employees. When I asked how many employees were there I was told 7. The girl that asked us to leave quoted corporate policy and was kind of rude. My whole family had masks on and were keeping distance from others but this girls inability to use her brain decided to force us out of the building. I will not be buying from here and will not be referring my clients to this tile shop. I understand COVID sucks but there is a limit to what's acceptable. read more

This tile store is amazing. The selection is outstanding. I have been agonizing for a couple of months to find tiles for a bathroom renovation. I went by Emser today and they were kind enough to let me in without an appointment. I was browsing when Rebekah S. asked if she could help. Well, she sure helped. I pointed out some tiles that appealed to me but they weren't exactly on point with what I wanted. Rebekah showed me a few tiles that she thought I might like. They were perfect. She showed me a new tile that had the look of Japanese shoshugibon charred wood. This relatively new tile was one of the most beautiful I have seen and looked exactly like the charred wood. I was also at first looking for a glossy tile but mentioned to Rebekah that I wasn't 100% sure about that because the gloss takes away from the depth of the color. But the matte surface was too flat. She showed me a tile that is called "polished". It was a notch above a honed look. Again, perfect. She then brought over her idea for the tile for the floor of the shower. Once again: perfect. After two months of agonizing and searching, Rebekah found the perfect combo of tiles for my new bath remodel. Restrained, contemporary, and rich. Couldn't be happier. Emser has a fantastic selection of the most current, contemporary tiles. Their wood-look tiles are amazing. Very happy with the selection. I give Emser a 5-star rating hands down. This place does not deserve the privilege of having customers!!!!!! 9/30 at 9:52am I walked into this store. There was a gentleman at the counter and another gentlemen at the side counter on the right side. The offices behind the counter were also occupied with workers. Nobody looked at me , acknowledged my existence or that I had entered their store for assistance. I walked around for 7-9 minutes looking at tiles with still nobody asking me if I needed a price on anything. This place absolutely does not deserve customers.
