I hate my microwave/sorry excuse for a range hood combo and was looking for a high quality replacement. We cook a lot of oily/fragrant foods at home and don't like smelling it for a week after, so we bit the bullet and got a Pacific AC3100 - this thing has a self cleaning function, a humongous grease/oil trap, and a whopping 900cfm of air movement. This thing retails for $579 and we bought it here for $479. It's full stainless, straight out of Taiwan (not China), and the motors have a lifetime warranty. This unit does not disappoint. It is a MUST for high btu Chinese cooking! I did a self install - I think they have people that can do it for you, but I didn't even ask. It only took a couple hours - including cutting the opening bigger on my cabinet and running to Lowes for proper size ducting. Staff was friendly, they also have a huge selection of laminate flooring, carpets, as well as other building supplies.

After inquiring about what it would cost for a cedar 4x4x8, we were told it would be $98 for one post. We said Thank you and left. Although surprised a local lumber yard would charge three times more than the big box stores like Lowe's or Home Depot. I have found local lumber stores to be much better in the past, and hope they look at supporting the local homeowner's better, especially if their quality surpasses the big box stores.

This is a guy that should have been picking up the broken car parts that were dangerously scattered around their back lot. When we pointed out his bad attitude to the female office worker, she basically told us "you won't find that product anywhere else". Ok, so you have a monopoly on some products so your attitude doesn't matter. Great! STAY AWAY from RWC Building Products at all costs. It's a ship without a rudder. A company without a care.

Called on 03-25-25 to report one of their delivery vehicles was traveling on the roadway with no…read moretarp and rocks dropping thru the side walls and rear gate all over the roadway.. the amount of rock was absolutely shocking.. They collected the vehicle number (BR5) and where we were traveling (215 N / Town Center Dr). I was sure to notify we have a dash cam and video of the whole incident. I was told a manager would be in contact with me, fast forward 24 hours and no contact was made.. So, I reached back out.. was told that the person was given the note and to hold the line. After manager got on the phone and said "I receive at least 50 of these calls a day" and "it's a road hazard issue, call your personal insurance company" Why is it that this company chooses to put vehicles on the roadway knowingly they're damaging others vehicles because they won't take steps to secure their load?? It's a lack of care and negligence. Our previous experiences of purchasing landscaping supplies have also had challenges and undesirable outcomes. Do yourself a favor and support a different company who will stand behind their service and provide customer support when needed.
