I haven't used their electric services, which might be fantastic, but just wanted to let people know that they charge about $675 to provide an estimate on getting solar panels. If everyone charged that much, you would be spending about $2,000 just to get a few estimates before you do any work. CD came when he promised, handled the "blinking" lights problem due to new LED bulbs in a dimmer that didn't accommodate them, stuck with the problem until resolved, discovered our electricity coming into our main breaker box wasn't correct or safe so called electric company to repair. Electric company came right out and fixed in an hour. CD came back a few days later and finished the dimmer switch problem. And bonus points fir cleaning up after himself! He isn't cheap but he is an excellent electrician; I highly recommend him. read more

Our lights were flickering and our circuit breaker was popping, clicking and sparking. It was 10:30 at night. I turned the main power off and attempted to reach a few local electricians to see if we were in any imminent danger. Brooklyn from Enchanted was the only one to call back. He assures is we did the right thing and that he could be here in the morning to assess the situation. He came at 7am and discovered the faulty circuit breaker. He re routed the power to another breaker that enabled us to power up till the special order part arrived. Brooklyn who is from Brooklyn did an excellent job. He fixed the initial problem, then found that we didn't have proper circuits in our circuit box. That's significant if we ever had a fire insurance wouldn't have covered it...It was our fault in that instance. I suggest everybody look at their circuit box and find out exactly what is in there and what should be there. It's New Mexico everybody. I would recommend him without hesitation. Enchanted Electric (C. D. Friedman) is an incredible, no-nonsense electrician. He is very focused on his work and does not waste time. Mr. Friedman proved himself to be a valuable creative consultant regarding the wiring and the placement of of 3 chandeliers in a large room that had no ceiling light. Above and beyond Mr. Friedman's scheduled work and while in the circuit breaker panel, he brought to attention improper breakers for some of the circuits. This was never raised by several previously contracted electricians who also had opportunity to work in the circuit panel box. BEWARE!! This guy is not truthful. He left a voice mail on my wife's phone (thinking it was mine) saying he was at the site, when in fact I was already there and he was 15 minutes late. He arrived at 8:15 am and left at 9:15 am after looking at the project, saying he didn't have the little box drive needed to remove 6 small screws. I offered to go get it but he quickly said "no, that he needed to go get it". He was gone for 2 hours and 15 minutes, arriving back at 11:30 am, saying the box drives were very hard to find...I went several days later and went to Lowes and found them in 5 minutes and was back at the site in 20 minutes...his 2nd lie. He charged me the $175 per hour rate for the whole time he was gone doing God only knows what, ( I suspect he was working on another job). The total was $1200.00 for 3 hours actual work so his rate was almost $400.00 per hour(taking the $93.00 off for taxes). He did not tell me what the bill was until I got the bill in my email. When he was figuring the amount he was muttering to himself to stay calm, stay calm...I should have known this was going to be crazy out of bounds expensive but I wanted to see what he was going to do. I asked him the next day for a detailed itemized receipt and it took 3 requests and 3 days before he finally emailed it to me...can you believe he asked me to give him a good review on here and Google? Think long and hard before hiring this guy. read more
