This place was pretty good. Came in on the weekend and was able to get seen as a walk in. Got sat quickly. Was given a water, picked my color and they went to work. They were a little rough on my toes with the cuticles and cleaning out the nails. I said "ow" but I was still cut, it hurts and still throbs afterwards. I may or may not come back. Still looking for my go-to salon. read more

4 of us ladies walked in last Thursday morning at 10:45am and they were able to take all of us immediately, and sat us all together. We were getting manicures and pedicures for my sister-in-law's wedding. It's nice and clean inside, the ladies working were all kind and attentive. And we all got great service. The lady who helped me even gave a really great foot massage! Mine was only $45, I got a Traditional Pedicure with an extra 5 minute foot massage add on. They also gave us a complimentary drink which gave the experience more of a fun and pre-wedding feel. Thank you!! read more

came here for a work team bonding on friday before memorial day. the place was packed and they weren't able to accommodate our party of 5 even though we had an appointment which is a bit annoying. my nail artist didn't offer me a drink :( and cut me a bit with the nail file. the massage was a bit painful in some parts but enjoyable. my legs feel super smooth and she got rid of most of my calluses. my boss wasn't able to pay for all of us which was annoying so she had to get gift cards instead to be able to pay. paying is a little annoying as there's additional fees for credit cards and cash but not venmo? and no zelle. overall, was just alright read more

Wow! I'm so happy I trusted these reviews to have my nails done here. I am not from the area and broke a nail while out here for a Wedding. I was desperate and in a time-crunch. I went there a couple days ago for an acrylic removal and pedicure. The lady who did my acrylic removal was so rough and I had to pull away twice. I can understand that my nails are sensitive from the acrylic, but still unpleasant. The lady also asked if I was pregnant, which made me extremely uncomfortable and offended. Not a good question to ask any woman! The guy who did my french pedicure was okay, saw him make faces when scrubbing my calluses. Very pricey, was around $95 and wasn't a pleasant experience! read more

Excellent service and beautiful and peaceful environment. My best friend and I were celebrating Mother's Day with our husbands and they took us here for pedicures. They did such a great job on my nails! I told her exactly what I wanted for my French tip gel builder and she would ask me along the way how it looked before proceeding to the next steps. She was also gentle with my nails with removing old gel builder and they sat me right away when I got there for my appointment. Everyone was friendly and nice. read more

I love coming to Enchanti after my barre3 class next door--so convenient! All my experiences here have been great. I recently tried chrome nails for the first time and Peter did a great job! Rosa also does amazing work! The team here is extra friendly and they always go above and beyond to make their customers feel comfortable. They have an amazing selection of gel builder options, and it's fun to try them all! Also, for a special treat, ask for Vietnamese Hot Chocolate with whipped cream, so delicious! read more

I really enjoyed this place. Celine did an incredible job on my mani and pedi. We got just what we wanted. Very detailed work she does. Amy did my daughter's nails. We paid 175$ for both of us for manis and pedis no including tip. Little pricy for me but we are on vacation and wanted to pamper ourselves. They serve you one drink of your choice. I got the iced chai and it was delicious. They even have the good ice. I called other places before coming and it was super expensive, so I recommend this location 10/10 and Celine was super sweet. 3 stars cuz the owner was so nice. The owner deserves 5+ stars. She's so welcoming and warm. Avie did my nails. Overall it's nice and what I wanted. However when removing my hard gel nails, she cut my skin and it started to bleed. Unforgivable. The lady who did my pedicure didn't know what she was doing and avie kept telling her what to do next. They were speaking in Vietnamese back and forth. The toes are cut crooked and it looks dry. Worst pedicure I ever got in my life. read more

I booked a bikini wax and did not state a preference for the technician. Riley ended up doing my Brazilian and she was excellent! She talked to me throughout to distract me from the pain, but honestly it was not that painful. I was surprised that my skin was not super red afterward. She offered me a rosewater wipe to use prior the waxing and the treatment room was clean. She did a thorough job and used an oil by the brand Fur to finish, and I decided to purchase the travel rollerball, which totally helped eliminate any ingrown hairs or red bumps that were trying to come out. I kept using the rollerball for weeks after, and no ingrowns! I shopped around the boutique after my treatment and was astounded at the reasonable prices on the super cute clothes, jewelry, and other accessories and fun things in the shop. I left with a dress, a couple cute tops, a bracelet and earrings by Scout (love that brand), and a travel candle, plus the Fur rollerball. I believe the Brazilian bikini wax was $65, and I left a nice tip and walked away with fun new stuff without spending a ton over my gift card amount of $115. Side note--the toilet would not flush when I used their restroom, and let them know, so they shut it down for customer use while I was there. I think it's an older building and perhaps sensitive plumbing. This did not affect my experience in any way. Overall I recommend Riley and this awesome little boutique if you live near the Carlsbad area or are visiting!

However, when I called again on another occasion to try to make a new appointment, I was told that she actually does provide that service. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon

Ask to have it adjusted if you are uncomfortable. Oils were supposed to be infused with eucalyptus, but I didn't smell anything. So there wasn't an aromatherapy aspect, which was disappointing. The vibe in the salon was great! All of the ladies working in the shop were so fun and upbeat and chatty. The environment was great and it made me feel better after having a hard day. The salon interior is also clean and tidy. The gel mani was done by Tory. She is so detailed. I can tell she has very high standards for her work and is very skilled. She was precise and I noticed that she paid extra attention to cleaning up the gel with a brush to make sure it didn't get on my skin. Her attention to detail can be rare to find at other salons. I don't have pictures of my pedicure but it was okay - I didn't love how my nails were shaped but it was fine and the polish stayed on for a long time which was great. The pedicure was good overall. This was definitely the best nail salon I've tried in north county and I will have to come back another time.

Enchanti Nail Salon is a breath of fresh air - literally! I absolutely love that they don't use acrylics, making the salon air so much cleaner and more pleasant. My mom went here to get pedicures before we got on the plane to head home, and they did an amazing job! My pedicure still looks like I just got it and this was a week ago (usually by now mine chip). The had just switched over to a more natural product to be more spa like, and it added a whole new level to relaxation. I was almost falling asleep in the chair while my legs were getting massaged. They sold us this natural foot lotion ( I think it was Epoch Sole lotion) and it is AMAZING! I train for half marathons so my feet often have dry skin and blisters, and after using this lotion my feet feel very soft. I would recommend this place to anyone, and plan on going back next time I am in Carlsbad. read more

I have been going here for about 4 yrs. I'm very pick about my nails. I hate it when they look really fake! I always noticed my gf nails,and they always looked amazing!!! She told me to" GO SEE LISA" . So glad I did because I will not go any where else now. I also have gotten pedicures from the other girls and they really take their time and you don't feel like your rushed out of there. However, when I called again on another occasion to try to make a new appointment, I was told that she actually does provide that service. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon
