The floor damage was hidden by boxes your movers placed throughout the area. Once the boxes were removed, the scratches were visible and I notified you within two days. That is reasonable notice. The $0.60/lb valuation is irrelevant here. This is not about damaged household goods--it's about property damage caused by your employees. Scratching new granite flooring with dollies is negligence, and that liability rests with your company, not the customer. Very disappointing handling of a clear issue.

Was told no same day, but could send next day. Paid almost $100. Checked tracking # the next morning and saw they scheduled delivery for Monday am. Frantic, I called the store, 9am sat. A woman answered and when I explained the situation, she laughed and said "everyone knows Friday am "next day" means next business day. Last time I'll use the services here.
