I had Botox done by Adrianne and it was fabulous! She was very thorough and I felt the prices were extremely reasonable. I had a little bruising but it was because I took Naproxen 2 days prior. I also had a lipoma in my lip from a previous filler mishap and Adrianne injected a solution that made the lipoma go away in 24 hrs! I couldn't be more thrilled! Encore MedSpa is my all time favorite medical day spas!! From the staff at the front desk to the estheticians, everyone is courteous, professional, and respectful of the client's needs, budget and time! They offer so many services (from facials and waxing to skin rejuvination and botox/dysport). I really like their location because they are right off of broadway plaza (between Tiffany and Tommy Bahama) and above Va Da Vi restaurant (another personal fave). It's easy to find parking, and for me, i'm into multitasking and getting it all done in "one-stop shop". I run my errands around the appointment time and then meet up with a friend for lunch and/or a glass of wine and appetizer downstairs at Va da Vi. It really is the perfect way to spend the day!! I used to have my treatments done through a cosmetic dermatologist in the area, and my results have been sooo much better.. less side effects, etc....and way less expensive. The staff here are welcoming and accommodating, they will not try to sell you on any service you don't want, and the services are all about making you as comfortable and happy as possible. I first came to Encore because I was looking for someone locally who could do my eyelash extentions. I found Liz, who had been trained, to do the type of extentions I wanted. WOW! She does an amazing job. Well that was almost a year ago and since then, I have come to rely on Liz for a multitude of other things. She is a seasoned professional, having worked on models, actresses, tv anchors. She is very knowlegable and has a great eye for color. I recently had permanent eye makeup done and it was more than I had hoped for. She helped me pick a color that would make my eyes stand out but not look like I had heavy make up on. I was looking for a place around Walnut Creek to get some laser hair removal treatments. After a first call, I set an initial appointment with Cindy to see if I was a good candidate. She was knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions and suggesting a plan to follow. After talking to her I found out there was a solution to the redness in my face. YAY!!! I purchased IPL treatments along with the laser hair removal ones. I've been lucky enough to have Danielle for those treatments, and I do not have enough good words to express how wonderful she is. So far loving this place. Was recommended to me by someone that has dark skin and USED to have dark body hair. I have been ripped off before doing the electrolysis at a different place. Already, after the first treatment the difference is night and day. I moved about 2yrs ago from Beverly Hills to Walnut Creek and thought is was going to be difficult finding a place and person that is professional, experienced and knowledgable. Adrainne is all that and then some for I am a regular once a month for filler, laser, botex. She always has best interest at heart and will tell you if you need more or less ...does not over sell her service. I recently had filler under the eye area and experienced muscle spasm but Adrianne massage the area and it was gone. I won a gift certificate and went to Encore Medspa in Walnut Creek last week. Although the parking is crazy, I was told after I was there that they do have a few spaces reserved for their customers. I parked below Barnes and Noble and made a purchase just to be safe. I had a really great facial with Nicole. She was thoughtful, informative and a great all around Estetician. The regular facials are $99 and I would say very much worth it. She even loaded me up with samples as I left. I was first introduced to Encore by my good friend Nicole that is an esthetician there. I was new to really taking care of my skin. In the past I had not done a great job and I have scaring and some other issues I now need to take care of. I started off with a series microdermabrasion, facial, and mild peels from Nicole which improved my skin dramatically. Most recently I've had filler under my eyes and IPL on my face and Adrienne and her whole staff made me feel so comfortable. While the outcome of my skin is better each time what I really love is my experience each time with the staff - they are so knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. We first took our daughter (10 yrs. old) to see Adrianne for a broken blood blister on her cheek which she had for several years and as she got older it was starting to bother her (looks wise) she was self-conscience about it. It only took 2 very quick laser treatments to remove the blemish completely. It's like it was never there. "Quick" is the key word cuz when you're a kid it's hard to be patient. ;) I have also seen Adrianne for laser hair removal..very happy with the results. I have been meaning to write this review for months! I had my lips done by Adrianne almost 4 months ago(just checked my calendar), and they STILL look good! Yes, that's right-STILL!!! I can't say enough about her technique, and expertise. Adrianne told me, while injecting me, that a friend told her that she should patent her lip technique. At the time I was a little skeptical, and the reason for that was that I have had my lips done 3 times by other practitioners-all well respected and Yelped, and they never looked very good, and more importantly-they did not last even a month. I found out from doing an internet search that muscles we use often, like the lips, don't have as lasting a result from filler. Oh... A sad thing to read, especially when your lips have been something you've loved about your face your whole life, and want to keep it up as you begin to age, and lose volume. I knew of Adrianne because a client of mine had used her, and she looked great. I also met Adrianne once at a dinner with my Physician Husband. When I saw a Groupon for her I was so pleased(and a little shocked, because she doesn't need to do Groupon), for now I could try her, get my lips done, and not be out as much money if they didn't turn out well, or last long. The most amazing thing about Adrianne's technique is that she can(and I don't know how she does it)recreate the lip line curl that is seen in youthful lips. It was so surprising to see, and sooooo fabulous! Skepticism be damned, her friend is right, she ought to patent her technique! I almost hate to tell you all about it, for I fear it will make it harder to get an appointment, but I must share my good fortune, because I cannot be the only one out there searching for the perfect lip injector! I've had okay, average facials at this location but the staff never confirms my appointment. They have lost appointments and scheduled them on the wrong day when I was standing right in the waiting room speaking with them. Most recently, after scheduling on the wrong day they said they would have to charge me $50 for not showing up. I think that they need to get their act together. They also claimed they left a message for me on my home phone but when I went and checked the messages, there was no message there. Finding another place. read more

Not only is the environment very relaxing, but the results have been amazing! Although the treatments are done using state of the art technology by a medically trained staff, you get the feeling that you're at a high end day spa. Just got home from Encore Medspa and I am so beyond happy with all the services I received today, and there were a few. First I had an effective and relaxing Hydrafacial with Lindsey for the first time ever and my experience was more than good. Lindsey is seriously the sweetest esthetician I've come across and I have been getting facials for years. She has a sweet,calm yet spunky personality all in one! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial service & I'm looking forward to the next one. Second I had my 4th laser hair removal session for the Brazilian and underarms with Jenny and the results are unreal! I say unreal because I had 9 sessions previous to that by Laser Away (save your money, it didn't work) and I've had more results in 4 sessions at Encore than in 9 at Laser Away, and I haven't even seen the full results of the 4th considering the hair will continue to fall out over the next couple weeks or so. Jenny is the most kind and patient nurse ever with me too, the laser is pretty painful but the numbing they provide helps. She truly takes her time with you and always checks in to make sure you're doing okay and asks if you need a little break, you can really tell she cares about her clients. My last and final service of the day was with the lovely owner Adriane, who I've seen about 4 times as well for Juvederm lip filler and Botox. I absolutely loveee the way Adriane does my filler, she knows I want a little fuller look and need a little symmetry adjustment and nails it every single time! She never goes overboard and manages to leave my lips looking full yet natural! I seriously leave Encore feeling so good about myself and that's the best feeling. I love that I feel comfortable and confident every time I go there knowing all their staff is so friendly and so skilled and talented at their craft. I went in about 2 months ago for lip filler. It was my first time at this medspa but I've gotten lip fillers in the past. The facility was very clean and welcoming, front staff sweet and answered any questions I had. Cindy did my filler and she is amazing and absolutely skilled at fillers. I won't be going anywhere else from here on out. Originally I was looking for a new medspa because the one I had always gotten my fillers at would no longer be open on Saturdays. I'm so glad, because I would have never realized how much better the service is here. They numb your lips before injection and it makes it so much more bearable, the medspa I used to go to didn't do that for patients. I was also happy that they carry the juvederm ultra plus because not all places have it on hand. Went back about 10 days later for a recheck and to massage out some of the bumps (ultra plus is thicker and can be a little bumpy). Once they massaged them they looked perfect.
