I landed at the Charlotte airport about 10:30 in the morning and needed a cuppa coffee. Wanted to try something local and found that this place is about 10 minutes away. Let me caveat this by saying that I am not a coffee drinker, so totally possible that the coffee here rocks. I am purely reviewing my experience with their chai tea latte. I am always on a hunt for a good chai. I like my chai not too sweet and a little spicy. This chai was okay, maybe 3.5-4 stars. It was better than Starbucks but not good enough to make me want it again. It tasted like something I could have made on my own if I bought the same chai mix that they used. Also, I got an iced chai that was probably 90% ice. I also got one of the Honeybear croissants they had. I love Honeybear's treats, so I was excited about that. It wasn't great - was cold and tasted a day or two old, unfortunately. Might have been better if I had been patient and waited to warm it up at home? Overall, a meh experience for a non-coffee drinker. Seems like a place that people are either coming for the ambiance or for the coffee. I probably won't return. read more

Doing more than great coffee makes this place great in my eyes. Take a second to go to the website and read about the excellent community work they are doing in the area. I've visited Enderly Coffee company on my way through Charlotte onto South Carolina. I picked this coffee place because the website says they are barista and roaster our specialty coffee association certified. I ordered a cortada and compared to other Cortada as I've had that specialty coffee places around the country the cortado here is as good as it gets. The milk was silky and the espresso was balanced, sweet, and had just the right amount of richness. The barista was super nice, friendly, and engaging. You can tell he loved his job and put his heart into his work and giving the customer a good experience. Enderly and I was a variety of whole bean coffee and equipment to brew your coffee at home. The atmosphere was upbeat and suitable for most occasions. With the extra patio space there will always be plenty of room for your group of friends, family, or a date. Families with kids and strollers can find lots of room and toys to keep your little ones busy. read more

This review is for buying roasted beans from Enderly and not experiencing their barista service. First off - if you like coffee (check), have your own coffee maker (check), and you like buying local (double check), then buy local coffee!! I'm familiar with Enderly as the church I go to buys it and brews it for their services (or used to before COVID). I'm pretty into coffee and have a nice expresso maker so I figured I would try buying some expresso beans from Enderly and shipping it to me. I ended up getting a 2 lb bag of the Westside Expresso and have been really digging it! Flavor profile is accurate to what is described and has a darker and less sweet pallet than other expresso roasts I have tried recently - a win for me. Pricing is on par with everyone else in Charlotte and it was very easy to buy online. Also they hand delivered it to me for free (minimum purchase required) since I live inside the 485 loop. Double benefit - roast date on the package was literally the day before I received it! They have one of the wider selections in Charlotte so I look forward to trying more from them soon! read more

Wow! What an amazing cup of coffee and cinnamon bun baked to perfection. We stopped by this morning to change the pace and we are glad we did. Parking is tight, but worth the trip. The aesthetics are very clean and well thought out. Everything seems purposefully place. I selected a cup of pour over which was excellent. During my visit, they had a group outside giving away school supplies like book bags and things to the community. I love a business that invests in the local community. The only thing I would change is the chairs. Nothing better with a cup of coffee than sitting in a big cushy chair to enjoy that coffee. Many competitors already realize that fact and have big leather chairs and other soft furniture pieces that support the experience that most coffee lovers actively seek out. Love this coffee place! I rotate between here, Toucan Louies and CupLux for coffee "en route" to work. I love their vanilla latte with oat milk. Barista is very friendly and makes a consisently good quality drink. I plan to buy some of their beans soon for home brewing days. If I were you... take home something special or have it delivered. :) If you pay enough attention, you'll notice Enderly coffee everywhere in Charlotte. As others have mentioned, people are brewing it at churches or brewing it in local cafes. It's everywhere... because it's good. Our favorites are the dark roasts - state st. and westside. Their decaf blend is great too. I think the descriptions they use are always spot on. The beans are a bit oily and staticky, but it doesn't deter me from using due to the great consistency of roast. In addition to a great product, the service is impeccable. I've only been in to the store once to pick up more bags of beans so these comments are more about the online ordering system and delivery. I've sent these as gifts to recipients with no issues and fresh as heck even states away. If you're in the Charlotte proper, you can get Friday delivery for free (with a min order amount). I've used that and they even offer delivery of fresh Pepperbox doughnuts!! This is a small business winner in Charlotte. It's effortless to enjoy great coffee! read more

Enjoyed my time here. I've been back four times and bought beans, so you know it's good. Owner was very nice and down to earth, other barista is always nice as well. They have a perks program which is nice, and give coupons to first time customers. The coffee has a very clean mellow taste. We have had the salted maple latte, vanilla latte, pumpkin pie latte, caramel latte, and some smoky one ( can't remember the name) all were delicious Prices are about standard for a coffee shop. Place is clean, and has a nice vibe. Only down side would be lack of outlets. The tables to the right only have outlets and seem to always be used because of it.
