He even asked me to show him a picture, so I had to pull out my phone and search TikTok inside the shop just to show him the side style I wanted. I only said I wanted the sides shorter, but instead of giving advice or explaining what would fit me best, he just grabbed a section of my hair and said "2 inches," then started cutting.
