They do everything they can to help you get well again and I really like their approach of trying to help the body heal with natural treatments before going to medications, while not avoiding medication if necessary. In general everything about this clinic is fantastic. Generally you do not have to wait long after arriving for your appointment and the staff are courteous. They have an in-house lab at both the west side and the east side locations which is very convenient. I have been going to the Eastside office monthly for infusion therapy and Nurse Melissa, who administers the infusion therapy is very kind, friendly, compassionate and helpful with questions as well as in scheduling future appointments. She makes the visits pleasant and is attentive to the patients' needs; I really appreciate her caring spirit, since some people may feel stressed in getting stuck with needles or getting infusion therapy. I am thankful for Dr. Chabra and his staff, the care I receive and the convenient locations on both west and east sides of El Paso. And the 4th day in they wanted to collect my portion of the deductible after keeping my wife in ER for two days with double pneumonia and sepsis. They are poorly staffed and woefully understaffed which leads to poor patient care, longer stays, and post care complications. You don't get what you pay for...maybe they ahould pay me for having to be the one changing her bedding and gown and keeping her clean and tracking her faulty bed and IV pumps alarms...I don't want to post the pics of the faulty and exposed wiring because I may need them for a lawsuit.

As the legal Power of Attorney, I explicitly requested that the clinical team handle this information discreetly for the patient's own safety. Instead, upon arrival, Dr. Shetty immediately informed the patient that I had called ahead. Despite being presented with clear evidence of an immediate mental health crisis, the clinic refused admission, failed to contact emergency services or law enforcement to initiate a wellness hold, and allowed a severely unstable individual to simply walk out the door. The lack of crisis intervention, complete disregard for actionable safety warnings, and failure to exercise a basic duty of care at this facility are deeply alarming. If you or a loved one are facing a critical mental health situation, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for competent, safe medical care.
