Smooth, earthy, refreshing, and thankfully not overwhelmingly sweet like some matcha drinks can be. It was the perfect thing to sip on while standing outside watching the longhorn cattle make their way through the streets of Fort Worth. The shop itself seemed pretty busy, but the staff handled the crowd very efficiently. Our drinks came out quickly, the line moved smoothly, and the overall vibe was that of a great coffee shop. The prices also looked pretty reasonable, especially considering the location in a heavily visited tourist area. All in all, this was a great little coffee stop in the Stockyards, quick, tasty, and exactly what we needed in the middle of a fun afternoon exploring Fort Worth. As I studied, there was a consistent trickle of customers coming and going - a sign of a lively business. Since the space is small, it was a little noisy but I enjoyed the ambience.
