She listened so well to what I needed, avoiding my old scarring from previous spine surgeries. Other MTs ignore me and insist on working this tissue and put me in pain for up to a week after. She took the time on the areas that needed the attention while still addressing my whole body in an hour! I feel like a completely new woman today! I felt appalled that someone would be that unprofessional that they couldn't put their phone away while a client is paying money for a massage. I don't believe I will go back to this therapist even though it was a good massage and I wonder how many other clients are receiving massage while their therapist texts on the phone.
