Tyler came to do the install and immediately we knew we were in good hands. He knew exactly what had to be done to complete the gas line install. On the next two calls I reached an operator in another state, who assured me that we were getting a delivery on the date of the call, but without it actually occurring. Life is too short to work with a company that won't answer the phone and doesn't live up to its commitments.

They had very competitive pricing and were wonderful to work with. They came when we asked and were always helpful when an issues arose. When selling our house, the buyer wanted to switch Propane company for no good reason that any of us could figure out. After a huge fight with the buyer about this which almost lead to our house sale falling through, Suburban stepped up and offered to dramatically cut the price of our buried tank so that our sale would occur. They certainly went above and beyond and I wish I had Propane at my new house so we could continue to use this caring and helpful company. They've been more than great!!!!

I called each day, every day for a week, was on hold every time for at least 20 minutes, and finally on the last day (because I could stay on hold), someone finally picked up. Their response to my need to get a refill? "You have to press #2. You pressed #1." No actually, I pushed #2, but as it was obvious the customer service rep had no interest in helping me, I hung up, called back, went through the exact same voicemail hell, and when someone finally picked up after 30+ minutes, he was very helpful, but overall all customer service, wait times, etc. are horrendous.
