He stated that he sat next to the car for 5 minutes waiting for me, and when I told him that there are two security cameras watching the parking area, and would he like me to show him the video of him driving by and NOT stopping, let alone waiting for 5 minutes he got very defensive, and called me a liar. I told him, "no sir, YOU are the one lying here", he jumped back in his truck and left. I had to call AAA for a third time to have a different company dispatched to pick up my car and take it to the repair shop. I DO NOT recommend this man's services. If I could leave negative 5 stars that's what I would do.

The Tow driver stated that there is a dead time between the hours of 3am-6am depending on Drivers. I proceed to call the next number that was text to me and the Tow driver was so nice and stated he would arrive within 15 minutes. The Tow driver was carrying and his customer service was beyond Excellent!!! AARP should explain to their customers how their Tow service works in it's entirety. The Tow driver let me know the actual hours of service and that there is a dead area of time between 3am-7am. He treated my car with care and great value!!
