Terrible communication. Even with a personal cell number, it took days to respond if ever. They were contracted by LG to repair a washer and never met their own deadlines. Missed the service appointment they set up without notifying me (I had to reach out to them), rescheduled and it took them 5 minutes to determine they needed a total repair. Said they would order parts, then I got a message from LG saying the technician had cancelled the appointment...tried to reach out to see if that meant they were no longer on the job and (of course) no response. 5 different LG "customer service" agents tried to reach them and no response. This company is the worst! They are contracted to fix our refrigerator through Hisense. You have to continually call them and then they say they will call you back and never do. They will schedule an appointment and no-show and not even call you to tell you. Continually calling them with no response. Would not recommend them at all if you are looking for a responsive company that actually does their job! read more

This service was set up by LG to look at our washing machine. Enhance called me one day and said they were 25 min away- they had never called before that to say which day they were coming. They couldn't figure out what was wrong but still ordered a part. When scheduling to come out and replace the part (after saying to us that they couldn't figure out what was wrong), they wouldn't come out on the days that worked for me and instead called a couple times when they were in the area to see if I was home, which I was not. They then asked me about a specific day that they would be in the area and I said I wasn't sure but to go ahead and schedule me and when they call before they come, I'll let them know if I'm available. He said ok but then decided not to do that. When I called the next day to follow up, he said it would be an additional 4 days before he could come. He wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. When I called LG to follow up, they told us that a completely different issue was reported to them. I wouldn't recommend this company at all! read more

I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to compliment Enhance Appliance Services for their excellent service. I had a problem with the lock icon on my 1 year old LG gas range. I contacted Enhance and they were out here within 2 days. Manny and Mike were so pleasant and helpful. They were knowledgeable of the problem and promptly fixed it. I highly recommend this Service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE COMPANY - they obviously do not know how to run a business, poor customer service, fail to return phone calls. I have been dealing with this company since May 17th and I have seen the company one time to tell me my dryer needed a board replacement. I received one phone call stating that the board was on back order. Now when I call to speak with the owner of the company they put me on hold and never return my calls. I get the complete run around on why the dryer is not fixed. Companies like this should not be in business. I am personally all about supporting small business owners, but ones like this deserve to be put on blast that they are worthless and should not be dealt with. read more

I called because my refrigerator died. They replaced the main board but that died four days later. I waited a week and a half for them to get a replacement but they kept saying their parts shipment didn't arrive. I had to replace the fridge because it became filled with mold. They DID NOT refund my money. They also don't take credit cards. read more

Excellent customer service, saved Thanksgiving!!! My oven couldn't be repaired by a previous appliance repair company that gave our money back and Manny was able to save our oven and made sure it was working. He made two special trips to the parts store up until the day before thanksgiving. He and his associate were the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure to have work in my home. One week later microwave died on me and again Manny was able to fix it right away. Extremely reliable and I would highly recommend for all your appliance repairs. read more

The absolute worst appliance repairman I have ever come across. He never returns phone calls and I called him a dozen times. He says he will but never does. Buyer beware. This was an LG warranty repair. I have been waiting on Manny to finish this repair for over two months- he came out and fixed one thing but left another broken. The tech for this company repaired my freezer in 12/2020 and charged me close to $400.00 for parts and labor. Less than 2 months later the problem re-occurred. I contacted him and he confirmed that he would return to assess the problem. He failed to commit to 3 appointments. All he had to do was say he was unable to appear and I would have moved on to someone else. You are only as good as your word and he has failed miserably. All I can say is find someone else who will at the very least be professional enough to admit they can't or won't fix the problem. This was a trifling and irresponsible way to conduct business and I definitely would advise anyone to seek assistance elsewhere. Came at the time they said they would. Appreciated technicians honesty about the problem. He was able to fix it within minutes, just the service charge. Told us the bearings were going up , got the tub moving but did tell us it will eventually stop and wouldn't be worth it to fix. These guys are the absolute WORST repair company we have ever dealt with. The only reason we had to use them was they are the Samsung repairmen for the warranty policy we had. They constantly lied to us about calling back - they never did. They lied to us about the length of time to order our part and that it had to come from Korea - it didn't, a reputable repairman ordered the part here in the states. I'm thankful now that they never got near our refrigerator - God knows how much worse they would of made our problems. You people who had a good experience with them, count yourself lucky and stay away from them in the future - it's amazing they're still in business. We're next filing a complaint with the Md. Appliance repair often falls into the category of "emergency" but not everyone can get there quickly. Enhance helped me with a refrigerator in a rental unit, assessing the problem and giving an estimate for repair. Because of the age of the unit, I ended up replacing it, but I am very grateful for their quick, professional response. I will definitely call them again if I have an appliance issue. read more
