So many things went wrong it felt extremely rushed, the lady was using the drill at a very high speed to drill of my previous gel and kept burning my nail plate and ripped my cuticle skin. I kept asking her if she was okay to work and she would just smile and nod her head. After that she cut my toe nails really crooked and i reapeatedly told her that I was not liking it and she kept ignoring what i was saying and saying "the file will fix it." I also requested that the tips be painted and had to ask several times before it was finally done and even AFTER it was done I still had to ask. Throughout the appointment, he aggressively tapped or smacked my hand instead of communicating, seemed irritated when I didn't immediately understand what he wanted, and handled my fingers roughly enough to make me uncomfortable. I was also charged $10 more than I was quoted. I called beforehand and was told a plain set would be $55, but I was charged $65 without anyone explaining the additional charge. Overall, poor communication, poor service, and disappointing results.
