So I ordered the Rosè margarita but the male bartender told me they were out of that drink. Impossible. I could see both rosè and tequila from where I was standing. The menu is pretty limited: Brat, Brat bites (cut up with no bun), frankfurter, and pretzel. Not sure if there is a launch menu or if this will be permanent. I got the hot dog with onions and I requested the mustard (that you "HAVE TO REQUEST" per the sign). It was fine. The mustard wasn't included so I had to return to the wursthaus window to get it. The bun was soft and the frankfurter a good size, overhanging the bun. The limited topping options and the DIY nature of the mustard was a little disappointing. My biggest gripe with this place is it feels like going to my grandparents house: there are so many rules.
