The food at Eno's is always delicious, but the services at Cypress Waters is the reason I can only give this place 2 stars. The first time I came to this restaurant was for 2 pizzas to go. They had just open and had an issue with the printer and my order was lost. I waited over 90 minutes, but I did speak to the manager and he said come back and give us a second chance. Went back last night with a group of friends and the service was still subpar. Our pizza came out, but one of use ordered a sandwich with a salad, which came out 30 minutes after our pizza. With that being said, we were seated at one of the bar tables and the server were very nice, but we had to track someone to refill our glass or order another round of drinks. With time I'm sure the service will get better, but I will not being going back to this locations for a long time. read more

I ate here at Eno's today and I'm conflicted about giving it a 3 star review. I want to give it a 5 star based on Cali, who was our server, but I just can't due to the management that for lack of better words, overlooked his performance. Cali normally works at the Bishop Arts District Eno's, so if you are in the area there, look him up. Dude is truly a pleasure to be around. Now back to what happened today. We were a small party of 2 people and Cali took care of us the whole time. Eno's was understaffed today and Cali was even asked to come help out. You would think that means that he is trustworthy and dependable. Not according to the shift manager, Tony, who kept asking if Cali was charging us for our orders and if Cali ID'd us for drinks. I will say that Cali took it in stride, but I couldn't let things go down like that. I spoke with multiple people, to include someone from their HR about how Tony was acting. I know that I am sounding like an ass right now, but I truly believe that the shift manager was in the wrong. If this is how employees are treated at this location, it's not worth it to go. I don't want them to fail, but it has to be known that the staff is not being treated well when Tony is at work. I also spoke to Rick, who is the location manager and he was a good person too. I hope that things are made right and that Cali is given the respect he truly deserves for the job well done that he did. read more

Man I was so excited to try the lunch special today! It's a good deal so I felt confident, plus I've eaten there before and it was delicious! Not today though! We went to the newly opened Eno's at Cypress Waters on 6/1 for food and drinks prior to a scheduled concert (ultimately rained out). We snagged 4 seats at the bar and were promptly attended and ordered craft brews that were very tasty. When our friends arrived and we ordered an app to share, some yummy fried mozzarella balls kind of thing. They were very good and gave us hint of the flavor profile we hoped to enjoy with our main course. We ordered a pepperoni pizza that was loaded with toppings, but the cracker crust was not substantial enough to support all that deliciousness. I prefer a thicker crust that I can chew on, so that will be my last pizza here. The menu had many other intriguing offerings that I would like to try in the future. Our friends ordered an Enzo's Classic pizza that was topped with Sport peppers. It was too spicy for their liking so they reordered without the peppers and enjoyed the revised version. Maybe the menu should have a warning that the peppers are hot. About the menu...I thought it was difficult to read with the pizza prices camouflaged in brown print on a black background. Please rethink that one. We felt valued to be greeted by the Corp Chef and Marketing guy, who each made time to speak with us for a few minutes. Throughout the evening the server staff was somewhat frenzied, except for the bartender who held her ground the entire time we were there. Understanding that a newly opened restaurant has a steep learning curve, I will wait a few months until the staff is settled. What was amazing to me is how many people could fit behind the bar and cause congestion, without increasing the speed of service. The star of the evening was our bartender. Walked in about 9:25 pm so a little late in the evening Friday night. Stood in the door for 5 minutes waiting to be seated, nothing. Sat down at a clear table for 5 minutes, nothing, no one came by to even acknowledge us. Walked up to the bar to place my order and was told someone would be right over. Got our order placed, the pizza was brought out by kitchen staff. The bartender asked if we needed anything when we had two slices left. We paid and left. Anyways what I'm trying to get at is that the service was almost nonexistent, otherwise it was a decent pizza. read more

I want to like this place and the other restaurants at the Sound, but Eno's was a huge disappointment. I had family in town for Labor weekend, so we checked out this place Sunday afternoon. There was only one other occupied table, and we saw 6-8 employees during our visit. No one was at the hostess stand, and it took awhile to get seated. Our server obviously didn't want to be there - he rarely checked on us, didn't have a positive attitude, and my Mom saw him dozing off back near the door to the restroom. We asked other servers who walked by for napkins, drink refills, etc. The pizza was decent, but we were very disappointed with the service. read more

Well I don't know who Eno is but he needs to leave the pizza making business immediately!! Take a piece of white paper, slightly burn it, lather it in tart tomato sauce and put on an excessive amount of cheese and you have an Eno's pizza. I'm from the northeast so I know good pizza and seriously had thought Dallas had grown out of its terrible pizza phase of the 80's and 90's but alas Eno's has taken us back in time. Awful customer service at this location. Showed up with 3 people to grab some pizza. Asked the hostess if we could be seated and she said it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Strange because there were multiple tables open and almost no one waiting. She didn't ask us anything and just gave yes or no answers. We walked away because that was too much of a wait. As we walked out we noticed multiple open tables in the bar. We went back to the hostess and asked if we could sit in the bar. She said we could. ????? Just after telling us we would have to wait. She offered nothing and we had to basically get ourselves seated. Horrible service. read more

Eno's In Coppell has it all! Great food, an excellent beer and wine menu, my favorite dessert - the Sundae Sack and such a great service team! Everyone there gives you great service - from the service staff to the bar team and the managers are always there for you. Their patio has the best view of the The Sound too. I really like the thin crust pizza, the perfect picnic appetizer with Hard Eight BBQ and cheese grapes and homemade jam. Also, if want something other than pizza try the North Lake deli sandwich is amazing and the bread is so soft and lite to eat. Or try the salad w aragula, goat cheese with pears. I have been to this location a few times now and each time I go, their service has been amazing! They have a gluten free crust and the staff has gone out of their way to ensure that my meal was not contaminated and safe! Oh yeah, and their food is pretty good too. haha... Love the staff, love the pizza, love the location... will definitely be a regular customer! :D read more

Been to this Eno's location twice and was impressed both times. Service was a little wonky the first time we went, but the server was new and still learning I think. Our appetizers had just been brought out when just a few moments later, the pizza came. I did explain the situation to the manager who was apologetic. Still though, the pizza is awesome. The crust is thin but still holds up well to the delicious toppings. The Heirloom Spinach pizza is absolutely delicious... that truffle oil- yum! We are so happy to have a great pizza place so close by. Looking forward to our next meal there. read more

Service was excellent and the kitchen must have messed up because they randomly gave us a free appetizer. The reason for 3 stars is purely due to the main course, pizza. We had 4 different types of pizza for our table and all were just ok. For the type of pizza they serve I would say to go to Olivella's before coming to Eno's. Been to Eno's twice recently and I've been pleasantly surprised both times. First visit I had a pepperoni pizza and baked bread with garlic butter. The next visit meatballs and French onion soup. One thing I can say that is clearly apparent is that the ingredients taste fresh and home/hand made. That being said I can see why it may not appeal to everybody. Pizza is good but really really really thin. Almost like a cracker with sauce. Not bad but I would expect more bread and cheese for the price. Which leads me to next area where I could see improvement. All items are over priced. The area is new and most customers I imagine must not mind to paying higher prices but the baked bread should be complimentary and all prices could be lowered a buck or two. Interior environment is very pleasant and comfortable and customer service is good. I'll be back to try additional entrees as quality is good but I may not go back as often due to cost of food. read more

Ordered a "large" salad. Paid extra for chicken. Salad was side salad sized and there were only about 4 chunks of almost unrecognizable chicken. It was not fresh chicken breast by far. And the salad cost $16!!! Terrible. The three of us who got salads left super hungry and poorer. read more
