After fighting to get my vehicle back, I took it to an ASE cert. mechanic and they verified that $5,538 worth of repairs I was charged for were either done poorly or not at all. BBB has posted the complaint and the Texas attorney general now has a file to build their case. Being charged for repairs that are not done or recommending needless repairs is illegal, as is my issue. Do the BBB search before dealing with this company and when you find these issues, contact the Texas attorney general. They have the power to press charges. The photos show improper installation/repairs, repairs that were not completed, or parts damaged during installation.
