Besides price, our other priority was a company that did not use subcontractors, and SoCal Roofing only uses their own employees, so we felt confident moving forward with them after checking out some of the previous homes they'd worked on. From quote to install, the project went very smoothly. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and the full roof replacement was done in about three days. Timing couldn't have been better, since we got several days of rain a few days after the install, so it was the perfect time to "test" the roof to make sure there weren't any leaks. We were solid. Among all the businesses we've worked with for other upgrades to our home, we can honestly say that SoCal Roofing is one of the only ones where we have felt 100% confident in the work that they did. Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years.
