I took it to Wolfie who deftly disassembled the entire machine, discovered that I had the wrong keyboard, then built up a replacement with pieces from the old and new keyboards. This involved careful work on plastic pieces. The result has worked great now for a couple of weeks. I give Wolfie my highest recommendation.

At 1:45pm, I called, and asked where the tech was, as no one had shown up yet. The woman, come to find out, the owner, never made an appointment. But would send someone right away. He finally showed up at 2:45pm. I asked if he had the equipment to fix my memory limatations and was told he isn't trusted with stock, would have to take my laptop in to the shop and it would be there about a week. Upon examination, he advised disk replacement again saying he'd have to take my laptop to the shop with a week turn around. I advised him I could not be down that long and would have to seek another repair company. He then told me it would be hard to find someone else and threatened to take care of my attitude himself, at which time I demanded he vacate the property, then calling the police about him hanging around outside my residence and threatening me. Consequently, I write this review hoping no one else utilizes this company as it's not as reputable as it used to be a few years ago, when Frank Loomis worked there.
