Arrived at 8am , was told multiple times , your Jeep is being worked on. I saw 8 other people walk in , they were taken care of. Every time your guy said thanks and sorry for the wait to them. I never complained. I sat for 3hrs , no sorry for the wait or thank you. In at 8am out at 11am , $566. If he is still there I will never go back. I pass the shop daily on my way to work and was curious about the place. I always see a lot of cars there. So I recently called for a service appointment. Andrew is very nice and articulate on the phone. That is my 1st impression of a good company. The person who answers the phone is usually the face of the company. He's got a good face. He has a sense of responsibility and pride for the technicians that work for the company and I could tell that by how he spoke about them. The technicians are very detailed, they show you photos of what they are inspecting and give you a lot of information. For me it's great as I have a mechanical background so I understood everything that was pointed out. I felt confident that my truck was thoroughly looked at. My brakes just stopped working, per another auto shop because the rotors were old and faulty, suggesting this place did not actually replace the rotors. Brakes are supposed to last more than 2 years.
