I recently moved to the area in 2023. I have a Jeep and always took it to the Dealership for service. I find the dealerships are not personal and it's more of a factory type "in and out" I don't see the same people more often on the phone or at the counter. I pass the shop daily on my way to work and was curious about the place. I always see a lot of cars there. So I recently called for a service appointment. Andrew is very nice and articulate on the phone. That is my 1st impression of a good company. The person who answers the phone is usually the face of the company. He's got a good face. He has a sense of responsibility and pride for the technicians that work for the company and I could tell that by how he spoke about them. The technicians are very detailed, they show you photos of what they are inspecting and give you a lot of information. For me it's great as I have a mechanical background so I understood everything that was pointed out. I felt confident that my truck was thoroughly looked at. Had our C300 serviced, first time using this shop. I was provided detailed email on what was needed along with photos. Just plain amazing, never have I seen such detail. This is a Mercedes needless to say the repairs cost are higher than a ford or Mazda. The work was professional and timely. Expensive yes but well worth it. I felt I really got my moneys worth. guy behind desk is nasty if no one else in room. worse part is my windshield now has a pit in it that it never had along with other similar things like it on the windshield. i know it wasn't like that before. i feel pretty bad about it. i park miles away from everone to avoid problems, and i take it to a mechanic and now my windshield has problems? i hope the owner reads these. don't offer to fix it because i wouldn't trust you with my car again. i walk around my car every time i come back to it so don't tell me it was like that. it's quite obvious when the sun hits the windshield that now there's a glare from that one hole, as well as rainbows of light reflecting from the smaller pits. i made such an effort to keep my car in such good shape, only to have it destroyed by these people. the windshield is what the driver sees most. i'm feeling really bad. read more

My elderly Mom's car needed a tire checked since the icon came on her dash. Andrew was prompt in attending to the tires to see that they were properly inflated and found that the air in the spare tire needing servicing. He was prompt and concerned about my Mom's car being trouble free. He fixed it for no charge and even re-installed the problematic tire cover. I was visiting Splish Splash for an event. When out of no where my car said low coolant. I was worried and found the nearest auto shop. I looked around and found a few. This was the second place I called and they were really friendly and told me to come right in and they will help. My tire showed lower pressure and I mentioned it. They helped me with my coolant and check my tire pressure and filled it. Told me there wasn't an issue I just need to get a new cap for my coolant tank because it was corroded inside to fix the issue. I would recommend this place. Short notice and they helped right away. I had to drive back to queens and would have been 1 1/2 hour drive and they helped reassure me. read more
