After a lengthy, unprofessional conversation with Tyler, he finally agreed to a refund of $75. However the distribution of the refund was not correct. There was a 2nd person who had junk removed. Based on the quote, he should have received $25 back and myself $50. He refused. I only received $25. After a week of not seeing my $25 return I contacted them. They sent me receipts of the original charge and the credit. They were not mine. Tyler claimed he didn't know how this happened as he submitted the credit to my original payment method. Obviously not the case. I would not recommend them, but if you choose to use them, confirm the quote and communication between the office and pickup crew.

Apparently this location is under new ownership. We booked more than a month out and had someone call and text to confirm 2 or 3 times only to have them cancel the day before our move. We ended up having a very challenging move as a result and had to scramble for movers and pay double. If you want to have a reliable moving company I would look elsewhere. As an update the owner canceled his $200 consolation payment due to this bad review. We were out more than $1500 due to the company and their late cancellation.
