You would think that would be the easiest sale in the world. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. I spent time looking at two computers and reading the brochures, which I could have done myself online. The employee helping me didn't seem knowledgeable enough to answer basic questions or actually guide me toward the right system. Meanwhile, another employee who clearly seemed more knowledgeable was standing there discussing computer specs with the employee instead of talking directly to the customer standing there with $3,000 ready to spend. At that point, I just walked out. I hope when people talk about AI eventually taking over jobs, they're talking about experiences like this. Not because I want people to lose their jobs, but because a customer should not have to teach themselves everything and then walk into a computer store just to have someone ring up the box they already picked out. If you've already done all your homework, know exactly what you want, and just need someone to hand you a receipt, maybe this place works for you.
