Love this hidden place. I can go there and get Sara Lee bread a day old for $1. The place isn't open very long- usually 10 to 3 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. And you really want to show up after 11:30 when the daily delivery shows up and gets stocked. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful. read more

This is a great place to buy bread and bakery items at a discount. Make sure you look up the hours, as they are very limited. I arrived a few minutes before they opened and was shocked to see a crowd of people waiting outside the door. Once entering, it was very busy since I arrived at opening. The crowd made a mad rush to the donuts, and started filling their carts. To my surprise, apparently the donuts are the items that go first. The experience felt like Black Friday shopping for discounted bakery items. Most products are only $1. I love this place. Most of the things u can buy are $1. There are a few things- for example- a double loaf of bread which is $2. They only take cash. Don't forget to take your own bags. The last time I went I bought 2 loaves of bread (1 Sarah Lee Artesano and 1 Bimbo), 2 boxes of Entemann's Little Bites muffins, 2 boxes of Entemann's brand sugar cookies (fire by the way), some Sarah Lee Artesano dinner rolls for $11. I love shopping for bread at this place but the biggest issue that I have are the store hours. They are only open from 10-3 pm Monday-Friday and only on the first Saturday of the month. This makes it almost impossible for me to shop. here on a consistent basis since I am work during the week and cannot arrive at the store by 3 pm. I wish they had one, and I mean one day during the week that they are open until at least 5 or 6 pm in order for me to purchase bread or other items for my family. read more

Entenmanns is the best place to come for any Brad related items! If you live near Binford you should definitely give it a try! The prices are ridiculously cheap because the products are close to reaching their sell-by date. It doesn't necessarily mean the sell-by date is the next day, it could be a week or so out. I always buy a lot of bread items and just throw them in the freezer and end up getting a great price here! I really don't think any item is over $2. That means you can get boxes of donuts for $2 or less, cheese, pound cakes, Louisiana crunch cakes, mini muffins, bagels, hot dogs or hamburger buns, and so much more! The store also has a rewards punch card so once that card is completely filled you end up getting another free bread item and most days they'll have a table free bread items to take with you as well. Just make sure that you are polite and you only take one of the free items. You'll want to make sure you get there early as soon as the store opens Because by the end of the day they'll be cleared out! read more

Not a huge selection, but trust me -- for these prices, you will be quite happy. I'm a fan of edible gift giving, so for Christmas I went here and bought those sleeves of donuts for stocking stuffers for teenagers. The sleeves, I believe they're called "Pop Ems" have 6 or 8 mini donuts in them. I got one of each kind -- powdered, chocolate and coconut. They were all super fresh and a RIDICULOUSLY low price. Less than a dollar each. I think they were $0.45 a sleeve? I also grabbed a couple bags of bagels and bagel thins and froze them. I'm still working through them - they're great! Carb city! Mostly "day old" products, I think, but still well within the sell-by date. I love their whole wheat and multi-grain breads and bagels. They also have a lot of sugary sweets and chips (which I mostly avoid.) I don't know if it's worth going far out of your way for, but if you're driving by it, you'll save a bit compared to the full-price at grocery stores. Their parent company is now the Mexican "Bimbo" bakery. They have punch cards to earn free products. I would go here if I was having a barbecue to stock up on hot dog and hamburger buns. There usually isn't a long line, so you can get in and out quickly. I don't tend to come here too often because I don't buy much bread. It would be great if you had a large family and needed to buy several loaves or options at once. Now we're talking! I love carbs, I love cheap prices, and I love Entenmann's. A recipe for success. They have bread, buns, bagels, chips, donuts, and pizza crust here and all considerably lower in price than whatever grocery store you may shop at (unless you like Aldi's like me!). Some of the items, like the sandwich thins, come in super huge packages but most everything is normal in size as far as quantity. I think $4 for 24 sandwich thins is a great price but my boyfriend and I can't eat 24 of those before they are stale and I don't typically feed birds. I took my mom in here and she went ape shit crazy on the bagels. I didn't realize she and my dad were such huge bagel fans but when you can get 7 items for $7.60 I guess you realize just how much you adore onion bagels. I mean I get it, in 8th grade I ate onion bagels dipped in Italian dressing as an after school snack on the regular. But I digress. There is a fair amount of product here but as someone else mentioned, you don't need to go out of your way to shop here unless you really desperately need a $3 box of chocolate donuts.
