Conveniently located across the street from Hampton inn we were staying at. It was nice and clean, and very spacious with plenty of seating. They have a lot of baked food options, from cakes to donuts, and cookies. And then they had their deli, where you could make your own sandwiches and they sliced your meat and cheese in front of you. I liked that they carried Boars Head products since that's all I buy my family. Sandwiches were reasonably priced, and you could buy half sandwiches for half the cost which is great when you're feeding kids. Getting in to the strip mall off SR32 is a little challenging because you have to use an access road. There is a drive-up or you can ho inside and see all the award-winning colorful donuts and confectioneries. The staff is friendly and efficient. You order at the counter and wait for your sandwich. You pick the sandwich all the ingredients that you want on the sandwich.They have 8 tables and seat about 20 people. There is also a room for private parties or meetings. I sip coffee as I wait for my sandwich. The coffee is self-serve and good. My Roast Beef sandwich is good. The bread is fresh and the tomato actually is thick and has flavor. The banana peppers and tangy mayonnaise add flavor to my perfect sandwich. They make beautiful birthday cakes and host kid's birthday parties in their private room. We were greeted warmly and were patiently taken care of. We did take our time asking about donuts and selecting some yummy looking fat bombs!! Well bombs away. Why the three, well slightly disappointed by the taste. Hugh apple fritter, but not quite sweet enough and had a slight bitter taste. Love me apple fritters and these maybe what you want. This was our first time here and definitely won't be the last. Yelp told us they had good sandwiches but that was just the beginning. We picked our meat, cheese etc and they made the sandwiches right then. While I waited the cashier told me how good their maple bacon donut is and OMG baby Jesus was she right! That was the best maple bacon donut I've ever had and I've had an above average amount of donuts in my life! This was my first restaurant as a new resident of Indiana! I made the decision from reading reviews from the FB group Indy Foodies so shout out to them. I see that Hoosiers are passionate about their donuts, so I decided to try it! I've never had a Pershing donut. I tried it. It was fine. I was under the assumption that it was kind of like a cinnamon roll from what I googled. Apparently I was wrong. This was a bland dough with a bland icing. I still smashed though cause it's a donut. I also tried a glazed donut. The glazed was delicious and I'm glad I got a different donut to try! I will be back to try the deli portion at some point. I stopped by a competitor earlier in the week and kept thinking about Titus. I looked on google maps, and it's only 2 miles farther than the competitor; 2 miles is nothing! I can't eat just one, so I bought my two favorite, the Pershing and a nut roll. The special flavor to both is the maple icing. It's almost fluffy, omg it taste amazing! I could almost eat it by itself :-). The Pershing is a cinnamon roll with the maple icing. The nut roll is a long John with the maple icing topped with a deluxe nut mix. They have other donuts and I've tried them. They're good, but I crave the two I bought. They also have sandwiches but I've not been there for lunch. I really wanted to be impressed with the donuts here. I was when I walked in. The place looked like a cool shop, giant cinnamon rolls, dog treats, huge iced cookies, but the truth is that they don't even make their own donuts here and, sadly, it is evident when you bite into one. The variations are good, decorating is pretty good, the names were funny, but the flavor and textures were off. The apple fritter was dry and actually bitter, the custard log was pretty good, if a bit chewy, and the peanutbutter fluff was WAY overly sweet, and the marshmallow fluff doughnut was tough, like it was day old. Am I the only one who has expectations of a doughnut shop? Surely not, right?? I'm insane for a soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth doughnut with various toppings and or fillings, but I can tell you this... these were not worth the calories. Another note... the coffee was not great, a bit weak and flavored. I personally don't like weak or flavored coffee, so that combination was not a winner for my tastes, but that's partially what this is about. I've had Titus donuts before but I have never been in the shop itself. It's a great location with plenty of parking and seating inside. They had a lot of variety when we stopped in around 9:30am. One of the best chocolate cake donuts ever is at Peter Pan Donuts in Brooklyn. The standard. Well, Titus Bakery met it. The Devil Food Cake donut was so good. As for the Buckeye type long donut, the chocolate topping was excellent. The topping was much like a fudge, not quite a Grenache. The Pershing was a good cinnamon balanced donut. Lastly, the Bismarck was very good. The yeast donut here is a tasty donut. Going from there, the rest of the donuts will go well. The white cream in the Bismarck was okay to good. The best white and chocolate creams still goes to Shipley. Yeast goes to Hugs and Donuts. Best Devil Food Cake, Peter Pan and here at Titus. All in my opinion. Enjoy. read more

Support the local guy! Our go to is the maple bacon donut, Pershing and yeast donut. For the maple bacon donut, heat it in the microwave for 20 secs to slightly warm the bacon. (To Die For!). It's a pillowy soft donut with a sweet and salty flavor. Titus is known for the Pershing donut so grab at least one to give it a try. It has maple icing with a slight cinnamon interior. I have not been to Titus in probably over 5 years. I grew up in Lebanon and we used to get this place a couple times a month! My friend and I decided to go there Saturday morning and we were not disappointed at all! I would definitely recommend planning on waiting in line for a little bit - but let me tell you, it is well worth the wait! The team there is very friendly hand they make the line go quickly. I decided to get a Pershing - which is one of the best donuts I have ever had. I also asked what the cashiers opinion was on the Maple Bacon and she absolutely recommended it. It was amazing! They use Boar's Head bacon and you get two thick slices of bacon on a perfect donut - what more could anyone want? We make the drive up from the Eastside of Indy a few times a month just to get a Pershing - do it - trust me - and it is worth it! The from scratch, family recipe maple icing is the stuff dreams are made of. Other favorites include the peanut butter fluff, the Pershing Bismarck with white fluff, and the dirty nut stick. The hubs loves the maple bacon as well. They also serve lunch featuring quality Boars head meats if you're looking for eats. Drive thru donuts...what a sweet surprise! Bonus is that they gave our dog a biscuit once they saw she was in the car. During covid we have been trying to support local businesses and what better way to start a Saturday morning than with a sugar rush! We had plans to go inside but once we saw the drive thru I was sold. There was a line of about 5 cars but it went so quick. We got through the line in less than 10 minutes. We chose the blueberry and pumpkin cake donuts which were relatively small. You can see in the picture for comparison. They were both delicious with the dense dough and a nice glaze on top. We also got the Pershing which is their award winning maple icing with cinnamon. I really love both of those flavors so putting them on a donut was perfect. Just for fun we got the maple bacon because how many times can you say you've had a bacon donut in your life? It had the maple icing similar to the Pershing and the bacon had a Smokey flavor. When I was on my run this morning, I came upon this sign for the donut trail. It is basically a scavenger hunt around Westfield to find all of the donut markers and once you locate all of them you can take your completed form to Quack Daddy Donuts or Titus bakery. After adding 10 miles to my run for a total of 19 miles, I was excited to get donuts, especially because it's National Donut Day! My first stop was Quack Daddy Donuts (see review) since I had never been there and had been to Titus before, but after finishing at QQD, the guy gave me my paper back so I could go on to Titus! Titus was busy even at 2 PM, but it is National Donut Day, so I guess that's expected. I waited in line for a bit then told the girl I did the donut trail and would like to get my free donut holes. She said she had just arrived and needed to check with her manager. The manager came out greeted me and checked my sheet and said the girl would get my 6 free donut holes. The girl bagged them up and handed them to me. She was super nice and friendly, but didn't ask if I wanted anything else and she quickly moved on to the next customer. I was planning on getting a cookie or maybe another donut to actually support the business rather than just get the free promotion and leave. It's fine, I didn't need more donuts, but if she would have asked I would have actually spent money. The donut hole were delicious soft glazed yeast donuts. I can't complain about the quality of what I got for free, but was a bit disappointed by customer service compared to previous experience.
