Great experience, both with the car purchase and the financing. Greg and Mandy were awesome and had us in and out in record time. Thank you!

Purchased a Mazda with their internet sales team yesterday. Can't say enough great things about the…read moredealership and everyone I dealt with. Dustin Walton responded to all of my questions succinctly and transparently. Zero hard pressure sales. Just info ... and provided faster than I could have imagined. No push to get me into to see the sales team. Just great info and the most competitive prices and largest selection I found in Texas. I knew the cost and the breakdown, had the window stickers for the two cars I was deciding between, and was ready to drive the hour to Austin to check them out and decide. I left the house having researched the vehicles and confident that their quoted offers were the best I had seen to date. Got to the dealership and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jake Hudson helped us out with the vehicles. No hard pressure sales techniques. No attempts to upsell. Just gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for us. I already knew the cost and what was on the vehicle ... so when I made my decision. Paperwork was straight forward and Mike Escalante, the finance manager, put together our paperwork. He was great to work with. Once he knew what we cared about and what we didn't ... he answered our questions and made several suggestions that were huge benefits for us. He owned the same vehicle we were purchasing, so he was very helpful and also gave his personal insight as an owner. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years. I usually do internet research and prefer to negotiate the specifics of the deal before I get to the dealership. Some places try and get you in ... and then try and figure out how to add in the costs to maximize the dealer profit to your detriment. Many try and get you into the dealership and then play the game where the salesman goes back and forth to the manager while you just sit and wait. This was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. In the past, it took months of negotiations with multiple dealerships to get to a good deal. Because of Mazda's approach ... and the professionalism and approach of their folks, I was able to get everything I needed within 1/2 day and the vehicle was purchased by that evening. This is a great dealership with a great vehicles ... highly recommend them!

Had it in the shop longer than what I had it. You figure they had competent techs who would have fixed the problem the first time. A lot of going back and forth every one pointing the finger at each other and no one taking accountability/ responsibility. You have Danny telling you to go to service dept. service dept telling you to call Danny. The only way to get ahold of Danny is thru their insurance co email address. Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. Go see (ask for) Chris and Michael they will take incredible care of you! Now the great part of the experience we learned Chris was a veteran like ourselves. But unfornalutely he served in the Navy, my wife and I are both Army veterans. Go Army! Beat Navy!!

I looked for months for a new (used)…read morevehicle, purchased many carfax reports, researched and test drove, spoke with many sales individuals, and sacrificed many hours to the negotiation waiting games with the sales managers. During one of my daily searches on Auto Trader a new listing popped up for Mark Weinstein Motors. It was a "unicorn" vehicle - rare in existence - an older model, incredibly low mileage, in fantastic shape (barely driven) and the listed price was in the KBB green price range (either good or great price for the vehicle's value). I reached out to Mark, who was quick to answer any and all my questions. I was in Houston and I couldn't make the trip to Austin to see the vehicle until the weekend, but he graciously agreed to hold the vehicle for me without any downpayment once I had set an appointment for a third party inspection. Despite receiving other inquiries about the vehicle, he held it for me for almost a week and even stayed a little late on Friday for my husband's and my arrival into town. The test drive and purchase process were smooth and straightforward. Mark explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra step of fixing the temporary paper license plate on top of an old metal plate to make it more secure. It's another example of Mark's great customer service. Like his great communication from start to finish - phone calls and text messages were always answered promptly. He is good-natured and honest, which is hard to find in the car shopping business. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

The delivery guy was courteous and professional. All done in a matter of minutes. Carvana, company-wise, seems well run. Website design, online navigation, purchase process, loan processing, and home delivery went off without a hitch. I was skeptical of making a vehicle purchase solely online. That is a big financial commitment. Plus, being a used vehicle, I typically want to see first-hand that everything is as expected. Lastly, I enjoy grinding down car salesmen for every dollar and add-on :) That said, Carvana has the best quality (and quantity) photos I've seen, and an abundance of vehicle information. Their 3D interior/exterior photos put you in the driver's seat. So, I was not lacking for vehicle details. They called out some flaws (using that word lightly), such as driver's seat decolorization, that I do not see at all. That gives me the impression that they are very conservative with their assessments, which is good. As for price, although I was not happy about a nearly $2000 shipping charge, overall, the final bill was comparable to dealerships countrywide, and better than Kelley Blue Book (or similar). Anyhow, the shipping fee was typical for out-of-state dealerships too (assuming they were willing to ship, many do not because they can sell locally and/or do not want to deal with liability). Overall, I recommend and would buy from them again.

That was covered, but I still had to waste my time scheduling and meeting the repair person. A few days after pickup, I discover the driver's side back seat inside door latch doesn't work. If you are in the backseat, you can't get out. Under warranty, but still another waste of time for me. Today the electrical system is belly up and it won't start and I'm waiting on a tow truck. I've literally had this vehicle about two weeks. They did not check ANYTHING other than 'oh this 2023 still looks new stick it on the website'. Everything is on you and their return policy for you to play whack a mole and find all the things they didn't look for is only 7 days. STAY AWAY. UPDATE 8/11/2026 Carvana's contracted tow truck service told me he had all my info to give the Nissan service center. Instead he dumped my car at the dealership and told them I was on my way to fill out everything. I found out by calling this morning for a status check -- the tow truck guy didn't even give them my name or number. Carvana's response to getting a bad review is to have a bot tell me to call them and do more leg work and explaining - the definition of a policy of exhausting people by stonewalling and putting all the work on them. AGAIN STAY AWAY.
